菲律賓東方海面一熱帶性低氣壓生成 氣象局研判恐增強為輕颱

【張勵德／台北報導】蘇力颱風前腳才剛走，又有颱風可能生成！今天上午在菲律賓東方海面上有一個熱帶性低氣壓生成，目前中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南南東方930公里海面上，緩慢向西移動，氣象局研判未來此熱帶性低氣壓有增強為輕度颱風的可能，一旦生成將是今年第8號颱風，中文譯名為「西馬隆」〈Cimaron，菲律賓命名，原意為「野牛」〉，氣象局正密切觀察此熱帶性低氣壓後續發展。

氣象局表示，由於目前這個熱帶性低氣壓距離台灣較近，無論是否增強為颱風，未來幾天受其外圍雲系影響，東部及東南部地區都會有局部短暫陣雨，其他地區午後亦有短暫雷陣雨，提醒民眾留意。
