台北人想賣套房到台中買2~3房,大家認為可行嗎?

我想買中古是為我想至少那些房子經歷過了921,還依然堅固~
新屋也不知道後續的問題會不會一大堆~

工作已經跟公司談過,去台中也可以銜接的上~
擔心的只是適應新環境的問題,為母則強,為了孩子,希望能換大一點點的屋~
至少可以給她一間房間~

也想過在台北租屋~
但是那應該會被罵笨蛋吧~~

也想過現居租給別人
我在去租大一點的~
可是這樣每月開銷又要多好幾千了~
