人妻傳簡訊「弄得好痛」　男判賠人夫50萬

【孫友廉／新北報導】江姓男子不滿劉姓魚販跟妻子互傳親密簡訊，江妻還說：「那天弄得好痛」、「都是你（劉男）害的」，更稱想念劉男，劉男則回說要江妻「當我一輩子老婆。」江男憤而對妻子及劉男求償50萬元。
　
法院審理時，江男對妻撤並離婚。劉男則辯稱，當天喝醉，所傳簡訊都是醉話，而「弄的好痛」，是他賣魚用冰箱時，不小心撞到江妻肚子。
 
但新北地院板橋簡易庭指出，從兩人對話可見有不正常的男女交往關係，否則劉男豈會要江妻「當一輩子老婆」，認為劉男已破壞江男的家庭及婚姻，判須賠償5萬元；全案尚可上訴。
