美情蒐38個目標 法義希中鏢

（法新社倫敦30日電） 根據美國國家安全局（NSA）承包公司前雇員史諾登（Edward Snowden）洩漏給英國「衛報」的文件，美國情報機構情蒐的38個「目標」中，包含了法國、義大利及希臘。

「衛報」今天在網站上報導，根據美國國安局的外流檔案，情報官員鎖定大使館及聯合國代表團，手法包括在電子通訊裝置上裝設竊聽器，擷取纜線上的資料，並使用專門天線來蒐集通訊資料。

根據2010年的文件，美國設法竊聽位在華盛頓的法國、義大利及希臘大使館，此外，日本、墨西哥、南韓、印度及土耳其也是美國情蒐的對象。

根據「衛報」看過的文件，歐洲聯盟（EU）駐華盛頓大使館的加密傳真機被裝了竊聽器，這是代號為「佩迪杜」（Perdido）的行動一環，任務的目標似乎是要瞭解歐盟成員國間是否有嫌隙。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
