牧師駕福音車肇事　判教會連帶賠511萬

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市吳姓牧師2010年6月駕駛教會福音車，載2名國小孩童到教會途中，與騎乘機車的陳姓男子在十字路口發生碰撞，致陳男(26歲)頭部重創，有中樞神經失能、癲癇等後遺症，陳男故向吳姓牧師及吳所屬的財團法人中華基督教衛理公會連帶求償1213萬元。
 
台中地院認為，吳姓牧師是衛理公會所屬的聖職人員，駕駛教會福音車載孩童屬執行公務，衛理公會須連帶賠償，而陳男未注意車前狀況要負擔百分之30的過失責任，判決教會和吳姓牧師連帶賠償511萬，扣除強制險後，要賠331萬元。
