http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/jul/1/today-south6.htm 《高雄》濫用救護車 今起收費1700元 〔記者洪定宏／高雄報導〕 為防止救護車被濫用，高市消防局宣導三個月後， 今起凡符合三項條件之一者，就開單收費，每趟一千七百元，呼籲市民配合。 這三項條件為 指定送往非就近適當的急救責任醫院或醫療機構； 傷病患送達急救責任醫院後，逕至門診就醫； 傷病患經救護人員評估為非緊急狀況，並經急診檢傷分類為第四級或第五級。 高雄市今年四月一日發布施行「高雄市消防救護車收費辦法」， 宣導三個月來，開出兩百多張勸導單，主要為指定醫院及非緊急病況， 約有十人打電話向緊急救護科或透過一九九九轉報申訴。 消防局指出，目前針對指定醫院部分， 修改為若救護員探詢病史後，認為這次需要送醫的病況與其病歷有關， 就協助送指定醫院，不收費，以節省醫療資源。 消防局強調，救護員發現傷病患符合收費條件，必須當場告知， 若當事人堅持搭乘，待抵達醫院掛號後，開出告知三聯單， 其中一聯及救護紀錄表送交緊急救護科，一經認定就寄發繳款通知書， 若不在限定日期前繳款，就移送行政法院強制執行。 -- ◢█◣ ▲ ◢█◣ ◢█◣ ◣ ◢ ◢█◣ ◢█◣ ◢█◣ ◢█◣ █ ◢▂◣ ▌█ ▌ █▂◤ ◣◢ ▃◤ █ █ █ █ █ ◣ ◥█◤ ◢ ◣ ▌█ ▌ █ ◣ █ ◢▃▃ ◥█◤ ◥█◤ ◥█◤ (CC) (BY) (NC) (ND) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.6.199
