超時加班、沒加班費　揪930血汗企業違《勞基法》

【陳嘉恩、陳如嬌╱台北報導】前年7月1日《勞基法》修法上路，各地方政府開始公布違反工資工時規定的血汗企業，勞委會也在網路設置專區（http://goo.gl/xcikt）。《蘋果》調查分析過去一年登上黑名單的930家企業、1859項違法狀況，其中違法最嚴重的項目都和加班相關，超時加班和未依法給加班費各有3百多件。

違法最嚴重的前5名業者均為服務業，以國光客運違法11項最多，超時加班、未依法給加班費最常見，其次為量販龍頭家樂福也違法10項。國光客運回應，將招募更多駕駛、機動調度，避免觸法。家樂福表示，早期計時人員的特休假認定標準和官方有落差，去年起已依官方要求改善。
