蘋果日報-廣達退出散熱模組
競爭激烈的筆電散熱模組市場可望因廣達（2382）退出而受惠。市場傳出，由於筆電市場萎縮，廣達集團負責零組件生產的展運電子，去年底正式結束散熱模組自製，改為全數外購，可望讓台廠超眾（6230）、力致（3483）及雙鴻（3324）吃到商機。

經濟日報-陸200項鋼材 將零關稅銷台
配合兩岸經濟協議（ECFA）貨品貿易談判，經濟部擬解除目前大陸鋼材禁止來台的禁令，將開放大陸鋼材、鋼條等200多項以零關稅銷台，預料下游業者將因此受惠，上游業者則大受衝擊，國內鋼鐵市場將大洗牌。

工商時報-南軟園區 納入首波自經區
據了解，經濟部在第一階段自由經濟示範區，擬選出至少三處產業園區作為跨國合作，製造與服務業整合試點。其中，南港軟體園區擬率先轉型為自由示範區，引進外資設立國際級智財權（IP）管理服務公司。
