禁止宣揚同志情　俄立法重罰

【綜合報導】俄國總統普丁，簽署通過2項具爭議的法令，包括在未成年間宣傳同性戀相關議題和公開傷害他人宗教信仰，都將加重刑罰。

民眾如果在媒體或網路上，向未成年宣揚同性婚姻或戀愛，最高將處以10萬盧比，約9萬2台幣的罰款，同志遊行也不得舉行，違者同樣要受罰，規範對象包括外國人在內，外國人若觸法，將處以罰款，拘禁15天並遣送出境。支持同志的人批評這項法令，剝奪同志基本權利，不過普丁表示這是俄國為了保護未成年孩童，所做出的決定。

另外，惡意冒犯他人信仰，最高將處以50萬盧比，約台幣46萬的罰款，並判刑3年。
