【陳建彰／台北報導】統一證券表示，近期道瓊指數站上月線並往上挑戰季線關卡，亞股包含港陸股、南韓及日本股市走勢亦偏強，台股受到內部政治因素干擾陷入震盪，惟短線政治亂流利空可望暫時落幕，加上外資連日大買，台股成交量維持800~900億元，預期指數有機會往前波高點8260點靠攏。
 
不過，後續認為國際潛在利空因素包含17~18日 QE退場預期及舉債上限等仍為隱憂，操作上建議不追高，適度調節持股，可留意BDI指數大漲受惠的散裝貨櫃、太陽能、中概及具題材性的金融股。
 
弱勢族群則為蘋果新產品iPhone 5C發表無新意且定價未如預期，外資擔憂出貨量恐有下修疑慮，短線國內蘋果概念股包含鏡頭廠大立光（3008）及玉晶光（3406），組裝廠的和碩（4938），軟板廠的台郡（6269）及臻鼎（4958）等個股須謹慎。

藍綠對立，政府施政窒礙難行。為了促成朝野對話，蔡英文拋出國是會議，但未獲總統府採納。藍綠針對服貿協議，好不容易才談妥在九月十五日舉行辯論，但現又不歡而散，往後朝野對立恐怕愈來愈深。

原本雙方幕僚進行前置作業時，因消息走漏而提前曝光，意外引發互嗆火花，早已種下嫌隙；現在藍營引發內鬥風暴，民進黨砲轟馬總統「毀憲亂政」，更失去對話氣氛，綠營內部多人認為「不值得一辯」。

對於辯論，馬蘇兩人原本躍躍欲試，一個是民調很低的總統，另一個是沒人氣的在野黨主席，辯論正好提供兩人一個發揮的舞台，不管辯贏辯輸，都能重新找回民眾的關注、引發話題，利大於弊。

無奈現在爆發更大的政治風暴，連日來「馬王之爭」成為現下台灣收視率最高的「政治八點檔」，民眾關心王金平去留，攸關民生的兩岸服貿協議被擱置一旁，服貿議題原本就生硬，就算辯論如期舉行，恐怕收視率也低。

兩周以來蘇貞昌努力準備辯論，還進行兩次模擬演練，就是為了在辯論場上盡情發揮，但綠營幕僚見情勢不對，力勸蘇貞昌退出，而蘇也認為應另闢戰場，因此主動退出，讓兩黨之間繼續存在著「最遙遠的距離」。

民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘批評，「馬英九一錯再錯，馬江集團已正式崩盤」，希望未來能揮別「特務治國」，真正走上「國會自主」的時代，「首要之務就是廢掉濫權特偵組」。

民進黨前黨主席蔡英文發出新聞稿表示，呼籲朝野檢視現行法規對於國會自主的保障是否足夠，她建議推動立法院組織法的修法，讓國會議長政治中立化，確保議長在任期內擁有中立超然的地位來領導國會，不受政黨拘束。

行政院前院長謝長廷質疑，此案應從保護憲政的制度來看，檢察總長能否向總統報告案情，若依檢察總長黃世銘所說，上司違法要越級報告，「那麼總統違法要向誰報告？」

民進黨團也有人喊出「倒閣」、「解散國會」，但黨團尚未凝聚共識作出決議；台聯黨團要求，註銷國會議長必須經由院會決議。

立委邱議瑩表示，國會彷彿成為江揆的立法局，這是很重大的憲政危機，她主張倒閣、解散國會。

立委趙天麟說，國會議長是否涉及不法，自有司法調查，但總統與行政院直接把手伸入國會，國會若不採取堅決手段，完全喪失監督能力，「倒閣、解散國會不失為一個方式」。

中研院前院長李遠哲昨天受訪時說，最近發生的事讓他很不安，大家對總統有很多期待，希望他溫馨一點，按部就班處理社會上的事，「只不過最近做的事，很多人覺得有狠心之處」。

黃國昌表示，在這個案子中，姑且不論特偵組的監聽是否合法，當發現王金平、柯建銘涉及關說司法，如果涉及刑事不法，本應踐行刑事追訴；如果涉及《立法委員行為法》之違反，則應移送立法院紀律委員會處理。黃世銘不思依法處理，竟在案件偵查終結前，即逕將監聽情資向總統報告，而馬英九不僅未予制止，竟進一步先濫用總統地位，再化身為裁判者，號召全民聲討負責監督行政權的國會議長，不僅逾越《憲法》權限，更嚴重傷害民主法治。
 
黃國昌強調，現在應該追問的是：關於馬英九濫用總統權限、破壞民主憲政的行為，應如何處理？就此，《憲法》及其增修條文已明白指出一個路徑：由國會發動彈劾，交由《憲法》法庭審理！ 如果立法院還不能有所回應，不僅是坐實「馬英九立法局」的譏嘲，更是嚴重棄守其《憲法》機關的職責，畢竟，人民期待的是一個能夠反映民意、履行《憲法》義務的國會，而不是自甘墮落為馬英九意志執行者的禁衛軍！

研究團隊在印尼蘇門答臘研究15隻野生雄性猩猩，研究人員平均每一隻都花10天進行觀察，而每天觀察猩猩行為達10~12.5小時。研究人員發現，雄猩猩若想要進行超過1公里的旅程，會在前一天先計畫好，並大叫通知其他同伴。而通常追隨者都是母猩猩，敵對雄性則可避開。

此外，猩猩的通知不只一次，會多次「通報」，有時每次通知更長達4分鐘，研究人員相信人類祖先也曾經這樣做。

【綜合報導】SONY上周在德國IFA大展發表令人矚目的手機配件「外接式鏡頭相機」QX10與QX100，售價分別為6980元與14980 元，不限同廠牌手機，也可以搭配任何有Wi-Fi連線手機；昨宣布下月初在台上市。

SONY表示，QX10與QX100前者1820萬畫素，後者2020萬畫素，2款鏡頭均有獨立拍照鍵，未連接手機或沒連線也可獨立拍照，但無觀景窗。

《蘋果》記者分別使用SONY手機與iPhone 5和此鏡頭連線實測，雖搭配不同手機，但因為同鏡頭拍攝，照片畫質、效果均相同，差別僅在連線速度，SONY手機採用NFC連線、約10秒；iPhone 5手機用Wi-Fi連線、約需花20秒。

農糧署今天召開「各式疏菜加工製品農會超市平價供應，加菜好EASY」記者會。

李蒼郎說，災後產區受損，蔬菜供應不足，署方除將冬季多產的高麗菜、結球白菜冷凍起來釋出、調節，還發展加工技術，提供冷凍、醃漬加工蔬菜上市，供民眾選購。

經查官網，今天台北果菜市場葉菜類整體交易價每公斤仍超過新台幣40元，在41元水平，但比之前低。李蒼郎說，易受風災影響供應量的葉菜復耕後，「供應已經出來了，這週會慢慢回穩，下週會回穩得更明顯」。

另農糧署統計，近期已協調農民團體釋出酸高麗菜及冷凍青蔥、青花菜、甘藍、花椰菜、蘿蔔丁等各式冷凍蔬菜品項，共計200公噸，透過全國農會超市平價供應。

又農糧署輔導農民團體，利用高麗菜盛產期間產製酸高麗菜，以國產初秋品種高麗菜為原料，經乳酸發酵製成質地細緻、酸味適中醃漬蔬菜製品，李蒼郎說，不論做火鍋湯底或加肉絲拌炒，都可去油解膩，風味絕佳，也在全台農會超市平價供應。
