受原油和提煉油品價格走軟及設備維護成本上漲影響，雪弗龍（Chevron）第2季淨利連續兩季下滑，比去年同期減少26%，拖累股價2日早盤下跌。

雪弗龍第2季淨利53.7億美元，相當於每股盈餘2.77美元，低於去年同期的72.1億美元和每股3.66美元，也不如湯森路透公司（Thomson Reuters）調查分析師預估的每股2.96美元。第2季營收下滑8.4%至573.7億美元。

煉油、行銷及化學產品等下游業務的獲利下滑59%至7.66億美元，主因是提煉油品銷售利潤降低，和維護成本增加。

受財報利空消息影響，雪弗龍股價2日紐約早盤一度下跌2.48%至每股123.30美元。

根據彭博資訊，第2季布侖特原油平均價格為每桶103.35美元，比去年同期均價108.76美元下跌5.41美元。

【綜合報導】美國小兒科醫生哈維凱普(Harvey Karp)整理出停止寶寶哭泣5大妙招，在英美頗受好評。
 
第一招：用布包裹住寶寶，怎麼包可是有學問，先將布墊在寶寶背後，將左方的布往內摺，再將腳底的布往上摺，接著將右方的布往內收，製造和在子宮相同的環境，聲稱寶寶3分鐘內就可止哭。
第二招：如果被包裹好的寶寶還是繼續哭，可將寶寶側翻。
第三招：側翻後還在哭的話，可在寶寶耳邊發出「噓噓」聲。
第四招：「噓噓」聲也沒用的話，可輕輕搖晃寶寶。
第五招：以上招數都無效的話，可讓寶寶吸奶嘴或是任何可讓寶寶吸允的東西。

【綜合報導】擁有自然捲的愛芬杜賈絲(Aevin Dugas)，靠著這項特徵讓她登上金氏世界紀錄，她花了14年長出的爆炸頭，寬達4呎4吋，約131公分，成為全球最大頂的爆炸頭。
 
這頭卷髮拉直的話，長度可達她的臀部，杜賈絲表示過去她費過不少功夫，只想把頭髮拉直，但現在她可是希望越蓬越好，不過要清洗這顆頭可是工程浩大，她要用上5種潤髮乳，洗完後編成辮子，要等上2天才會完全乾，雖然麻煩，但因為這顆爆炸頭她成為家鄉路易斯安那州的名人，名氣還遠播到巴西和法國等地。
 
杜賈絲表示她最開心的是，許多天生卷髮的女孩看到她，也跟著留起爆炸頭，不再為拉直頭髮而受苦，可以接受自己自然的模樣，讓她感到相當欣慰。

【綜合報導】美國眾議院外交委員會在當地時間1日(周四)，正式通過《2013年台灣政策法案》(Taiwan Policy Act of 2013)，對於有些停滯的台美關係，帶來一線新的希望。此法案將要求美國行政部門出售4艘「派里級」巡防艦(Oliver Hazard Perry Class Frigate，我國海軍稱為「成功級」巡防艦)，並同意台灣的駐美機構懸掛中華民國國旗等事項。

這個法案的目標，在於強化美國與台灣之間在國家安全、經貿與文化交流，即將送往美國眾議院審議。而稍早我國外交部發言人高安也表示，美國國會以具體行動展現對中華民國的支持，外交部對此表示感謝與肯定。

2013 07 28 屍心瘋 http://ppt.cc/cV8p (海報) 　　片名其實滿點題的，但就是B了點。看完回想不起不起 太多，但記得校長插人那段，真是讚！(還有很棒的音效!! )　還有片尾的大絕招，讓人意外的大絕招，第一次看到這 類活屍電影以此場景收尾～　雖然這片缺乏明星，也缺少 了獨特的設定。例如《末日之戰》的布萊德彼特，疊高高 的殭屍。或是《28天毀滅倒數》，以倫敦大空城為號召， 高度的傳染性，以及在之前很少見的高速移動殭屍。《屍 心瘋》中的殭屍甚至不太像典型的喪屍類型，特性如步履 蹣跚、無思考能力、血肉模糊斷手斷腳開腸破肚爛皮爛臉 等… 可以說連一般的殭屍迷都不太能討好。《屍心瘋》裡 面的這些變異的鎮民，不確定是否死了沒，帶有思考能力 ，外型上就屍斑點點以及青筋大露，然後像是把人內心的 殘爆性給凸顯出來。或許特色稍顯不足，但至少也看的出 一些新意。我想《屍心瘋》不算喪屍片，但是有一些類似 的地方。 　　雖然特色不足，號召力有限，但是這片有個優點就是 身為一部電影，它的基本功扎實。以劇情跟格局來說，水 準都是中上。做為一部類喪屍片，追殺、血漿、同伴的犧 牲、驚悚度或是人性反思它都沒少。音效與節奏也都不錯 ，雖然就真的沒有明星(實在認不出哪個演員…..)，但是 在看的當下是還挺能夠被"娛樂"到。能夠讓人掉進一種恐 怖的氛圍裡，它的最重要目的已經達到。或許不是非看不 可，但是喜歡這種電影類型的朋友，相信看了還是可以享 受這個過程的。 Ps. 要感謝板友kyoiori2的推薦~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.104.3 ※ 編輯: ligar 來自: 114.37.104.3 (08/01 02:44)

【綜合報導】在美國帕沙迪納城市學院(Pasadena City College)任教的史庫茲教授(Hugo Schwyzer)，今年在校園開設一門「探索情色片」的課程，但史庫茲前天表示，從新學期開始，他將不再開設相關課程，他說「我累了」。

史庫茲說，自從他開了這門課以來，不斷接到校外民眾投訴，甚至有威脅信，讓他不勝其擾。此外，史庫茲說，他為了開A片課，不惜把自己醜陋的「底」都掀開，包括他曾經嗑藥，15年前曾試圖自殺和殺害前女友，以及剛到學校擔任教職時，和多名女同學發生性愛關係。

史庫茲表示，為了開這門課，他和校方「交換條件」，願意斬斷所有桃花和不良嗜好，來換取留任的機會。但史庫茲也說，自從開了A片探索課，接到一大堆投訴和威脅信，也未見校方有積極處理，因此他說：「我需要休息，未來將不再開類似課程。」

在3月時，史庫茲曾在課堂上邀請AV男優狄恩(James Deen)到校開講，引發校內外學生一陣議論，不過大部分學生都支持狄恩成為特別講師，也未傳出有任何抗議的行動。

立法院昨天舉行第二場服務貿易協議公聽會，長照業者、電子商務、美容美髮等代表發表對服務貿易協議的憂慮，盼政府嚴格審核陸資來台，並準備好配套措施。

台灣長期照顧發展協會全國聯合會榮譽理事長林偉峰表示，小型長照機構在政府管理下，已有良好管理機制，並不擔心大陸業者搶食；希望政府依照現行老人福利法立案相關規定嚴格審查陸資，不能有假投資真移民。

衛生福利部長邱文達表示，陸方來我國設立老人機構是限制在四十九床以下，而身心障礙機構為廿九床以下，且需與我國業者合資，且不得營利，同時也要接受主管機關輔導監督檢查評鑑，有很多規定限制。

中華無店面商務發展協會理事長廖尚文則表示，政府在協商下，爭取到陸投資比率放寬至百分之五十五，雖限縮只能在福建省設公司，但電子商務無國界，甚至可行銷世界，是很大商機，但期盼政府後續儘速促成兩岸海運快遞，降低配送成本，也建議兩岸文書認證應互相採納，簡化標章檢驗程序。

智冠科技公司董事長王俊博說，服貿協議將審查期縮短，幫助很大，是對中國競爭「好的開始」。

桃園縣燙髮美容業職業工會理事長楊文通表態反對，美容美髮業多屬小本生意，不堪一擊，盼政府不要把開放後果叫業界「吞下去」。

不過，新北市女子美容商業同業公會理事長陳清庚認為，台灣美容美髮業者進軍中國大陸也已超過十五年，很多業者「大驚小怪」、「以訛傳訛」，實際上台灣因少子化，美容美髮業助手、設計師很難找，政府應重視這問題。

【綜合報導】美國小兒科醫生哈維凱普(Harvey Karp)整理出停止寶寶哭泣5大妙招，在英美頗受好評。
 
第一招：用布包裹住寶寶，怎麼包可是有學問，先將布墊在寶寶背後，將左方的布往內摺，再將腳底的布往上摺，接著將右方的布往內收，製造和在子宮相同的環境，聲稱寶寶3分鐘內就可止哭。
第二招：如果被包裹好的寶寶還是繼續哭，可將寶寶側翻。
第三招：側翻後還在哭的話，可在寶寶耳邊發出「噓噓」聲。
第四招：「噓噓」聲也沒用的話，可輕輕搖晃寶寶。
第五招：以上招數都無效的話，可讓寶寶吸奶嘴或是任何可讓寶寶吸允的東西。

標題[變髮] 剪短-kila kila Betty

有好讀網誌版喔! http://dielove630.pixnet.net/blog/post/154207286 今年2月有去kila kila給Betty剪+染 剪得還不錯 髮尾是低層次的 留長也很好看喔 沒打薄的髮尾看起來髮質就還不錯 但是後來亂去連鎖髮廊剪頭髮 髮尾被打薄整個很醜 整個很無言阿 冏 看得出來髮尾很乾燥然後被打薄 然後瀏海剪短 一截在那很奇怪 只好找時間去台北找Betty剪頭髮 這次很想剪不一樣的髮型 所以有在網路上找圖片給Betty看 也有跟Betty溝通要怎麼剪~ Betty很用心很仔細 還有問我平常是喜歡怎樣的風格 我就跟她說我喜歡走可愛的路線 反正就是愛假掰就對了 :P 重點是臉要看起來小一點!! 最後剪出來的髮型就是這樣 頭髮有點亂 因為有戴安全帽 然後又脫妝 =ˋ= 風把髮尾吹得有點翹翹的 害我有點擔心會不好整理 然後隔天洗頭後自己整理是這樣 其實還蠻好整理的喔!! 只要在吹頭髮的時候把頭髮往前撥+吹全乾 髮尾就不會亂翹 !! 很久沒有剪短了 偶爾裝年輕也很好 顆顆 :) Betty的電話是0988 137 306 然後星期三公休喔!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.217.93

愛爾蘭哥威爾賽馬大會這周開跑，當地媒體現場採訪，剛好遇到下雨，一名站在受訪人後面的男子，拿出50歐元紙鈔，約近2000台幣，充當面紙擦拭雨滴，成為當天報導最熱門人物。

其他媒體還諷刺報導表示顯然當地面紙和手帕嚴重短缺，而且據傳這名男子隨後燒掉這張50歐元紙鈔，因為他擔心丟到垃圾桶，會被窮人撿走。
