【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里警分局破獲一起擄人勒索案，逮捕2名嫌犯到案，警方指出，同為33歲的耿姓及何姓嫌犯（均埔里鎮人），覬覦楊姓被害人（60歲）錢財，昨天清晨5時許，開偽造車牌的銀灰色出租車，停在被害人家門口，耿嫌持槍扯住楊男腰部，強拉上車，家屬緊急報案求助。
嫌犯開車經國道六號、三號前往台中市，不斷移動位置繞行市區，沿途並不斷用楊男的手機打給其妻子，要求800萬元贖金，楊妻談判中苦苦哀求家裡實在沒現金，贖金從800殺價到最後25萬元成交，約定在埔里一間寺廟前付款，警方為保障人質安全，在外圍部署埋伏，由楊妻上前付款，戴頭套、墨鏡歹徒得款後迅速逃逸。
警方根據監視畫面循線鎖定對象，在何嫌家附近埋伏，晚間9時許，何嫌騎機車載耿嫌回家時，被埋伏多時的員警一舉逮捕，並查獲道具槍、頭套、童軍繩等大批工具，及24萬2千300元贖款。
兩嫌坦承以為賣茶葉的楊家很有錢，鎖定目標觀察楊男作息，得知楊每天清晨會到附近國中運動，因此，籌謀作案計畫，昨天犯下這起案件，警方偵訊後，今天上午依擄人勒索、變造特種文書罪嫌移送南投地檢署偵辦。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】外資聚焦聯發科(2454)後市，大和證券指出，今年第3季聯發科營收可望看增16%，超越財測高標15%，每股獲利挑戰6.18元，看好聯發科明年中國市場市佔可看升至50%，八核心晶片MT6592應可成為主流產品。
 
大和證券預期，聯發科第3季表現將相當強勁，第3季在中國智慧機IC晶片出貨量可達6400萬顆，季增達25%，第3季仍有2位數成長，整體來看，第3季營收應可季增16%，超越財測高標15%，每股盈餘上看6.18元。
 
大和證券說明，聯發科MT6592晶片有助於中國智慧機廠商跨入4.8~6吋中高階大螢幕市場，中國廠商藉由此款晶片將可縮短與品牌廠的差距，也對聯發科全球訂有相當助益。今年底前低成本功效的MT6582 和 MT6588也有助於市場份額提升。

【大紀元2013年09月12日訊】（BBC報道）蘋果發佈iPhone 5S和5C 一「貴」一「廉」兩款新手機，同時在北京舉行新品海外發佈會，中國市場反應平平，而媒體注意到「5C售價疑慮打擊亞洲供應鏈」，蘋果公司股價連帶其亞洲零部件供應商的股價都紛紛下滑。

路透社報導稱，蘋果低價版iPhone的中國售價為730美元，令投資人擔憂它在新興市場的需求疲弱，導致中國及日本供應鏈個股股價下跌。

中國網民則對蘋果iPhone 5C打著廉價牌子標著「中檔」價格不解、不滿。

市場不妙

北京時間9月11日凌晨1點，「瞄準高低兩端」市場的這兩款新蘋果面世，因產品細節事先都已透露，發佈會本身未能在網絡世界激發蘋果鼎盛時期的強烈愛憎表達，「直到」，新浪微話題指出，「iPhone5C的價格在蘋果官網上線，4488的售價驚哭果粉。」

iPhone 5C被認為是蘋果公司用來與其它智能手機生產商爭奪市場的新武器，尤其是在蘋果手機市場佔有率僅5%的中國。

但是，這款針對低端市場的5C手機在中國零售價4488元人民幣（733美元），而同樣的解鎖裸機在美國零售價是549美元；針對高端市場的5S中國零售價約864美元，美國的價格是649美元。

中國網民「圍觀新賣腎神器」並隨即對5C的標價表示費解和不滿，繼而冷嘲熱諷。

分析人士認為蘋果這次的產品發佈確實「令人失望」。

有觀察員指出，蘋果5S創新不足，而5C定價或有偏差。

法新社引述北京iResearch公司顧問說，這款手機不值那麼多錢；而它在中國要面對的是已經相當有根基的三星、華為等勁敵。

與iPhone 5匹敵的三星S4在中國亞馬遜網站上售價約670美元。三星今年二季度在中國售出1530萬部智能手機，市場佔有率接近20%。

蘋果手機在中國的主要「果粉」是較富有階層。如果蘋果的目標是拓展中等收入市場，分析人士認為大幅度減價或許將成為必須。

網友吐槽

比特網發表「網友吐槽合集」，發表了為數不多的中國網民意見，口水噴射對像主要也是5C的售價。

據摩根士丹利分析師Katy Huberty週三(11日）對中國2000名移動電話用戶的調查，中國消費者認為iPhone 5C售價在3000元人民幣左右可以接受，而對這則消息作出反應的網民幾乎是一口同聲地把可接受價壓到2000元區間。

新浪微博上聲浪最高的也是針對5C售價「名不副實」的嘲諷和不滿。

也有網友用較理性的分析循循誘導蘋果：在中國廉價、平價的概念和西方不大一樣；「廉價類」手機面向的廣大消費者，目前基本上一致認為700美元的蘋果手機屬於奢侈品，而有錢用蘋果5的用戶，或許不喜歡被人知道自己用的是「便宜貨」。

如果此刻一干熟人朋友聚會，各自掏出手機，iphone 5 的主人坦然，5S的主人得意，5C的主人張口來一句：我這是廉價版的iphone 5，那有多少人會選擇當最後這一位？

網友@飛像網項立剛不敢相信便宜蘋果在中國的發售價要4480元（700多美元），驚呼「這哪裏是廉價？是低配高價。不懷疑，今天的蘋果依然是優秀的手機，但它會被它的自以為是害死。」

該網友還預計，「未來一年，中國消費者會因為黃、綠、藍、粉去買iphone？打死我也不信。」

另一則引起較多回應的消息是蘋果官網停售iphone 5，而iPhone 4 及4S仍然健在。由此，「白髮人送黑髮人」這幾個字在中文社交網站迅速轉了好幾圈，有時配以燃燒的蠟燭表示哀悼。

不留情面者指出，停售、停產iPhone 5恐怕是為了支撐5S和5C。
