【綜合報導】周二中午12點左右，家住湖南長沙的3歲女童玥玥，從18樓摔下，墜在2樓搭建的雨棚上，最後穿過雨棚掉在一堆爛木椅上，然後滾到地上，經過檢查，玥玥沒有生命危險，現場的居民和醫護人員大呼：「這個孩子命大」。

外婆表示，玥玥的父母當時不在家，玥玥的哥哥和姑姐則在家中，「當時發現陽台上晾曬的衣服被風吹到樓下，於是便下樓去撿。大家都在做自己的事，誰也沒留意到玥玥自己開家門，出去了，玥玥可能見房門沒鎖，跑到樓梯間來找她，電梯附近有個窗戶，有可能是從這個地方掉下去的。」

住在2樓鋼琴房的楊老師聽到「砰」一聲巨響，立即出門探看，她心有餘悸地說：「只見二樓的藍色雨棚被砸出一個大洞，下面放了軟墊的桌椅也被砸壞了，牆角坐着一個小姑娘。」女童看見楊老師直叫：「阿姨抱我。」楊老師不敢亂動女童，立即通知老闆王先生。王先生趕到後立即報警。

玥玥目前在長沙市中心醫院治療，除左髖關節脫位、身體有多處挫傷外，暫無大礙。

【綜合報導】美國加州一名學生去年被美國緝毒署（Drug Enforcement Administration，DEA）逮捕後，遭「遺忘」在拘留室數日，期間僅能喝尿為生，美國司法部30日同意賠償他410萬元美金（約1.2億元台幣）。
 
DEA人員去年4月突擊聖地牙哥一間屋子，搜出1萬8千顆搖頭丸、其他毒品及武器，當時在屋內的丹尼爾（Daniel Chong）與另外八個人被扣留。丹尼爾被單獨關在一個密閉的拘留室四天，據他表示，四天都靠著喝自己的尿維生。丹尼爾的律師向美國政府求償2千萬元美金（約6億元台幣），美國司法部僅同意賠償410萬元美金。

 【綜合報導】國內毒物權威、林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任林杰樑，昨晚突然陷入昏迷送醫急救，現性命垂危、住在林口長庚醫院加護病房。長庚醫院表示，已組醫療團全力搶救中。

55歲的林杰樑是國內毒物科權威、腎臟科教授，但知情人士指出，林自大學時期，即因腎功能衰竭，開始長期洗腎，此次疑因感染引發肺炎，昨晚昏倒、送入加護病房急救。長庚醫院院方稍晚會派人出面說明林的病情。

【綜合報導】中國深圳一間遊樂場的一名17歲男員工，在本周日遊樂場結束營業後，和幾名同事一起玩遊樂場內的碰碰車。遊玩期間，他不慎跌出碰碰車、倒地昏迷，送醫後不治身亡。

家屬表示，該男員工的驗屍報告寫明，他身上有被電擊痕跡，懷疑是被碰碰車的金屬地板電死。目前，深圳相關單位已封鎖遊樂場全部設施進行調查。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】新加坡主權基金淡馬錫（Temasek）在官網發布聲明表示，前世界銀行（World Bank）總裁佐立克（Robert Zoellick）將從15日起成為淡馬錫的董事，協助拓展美國市場的投資機會。

桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官戴文亮指出，監視器損壞時間不一，非外界稱80分鐘，經勘察1872檔案、3840小時影片，16支鏡頭中，主要損壞為1、2、9、10、13、16等監視器，共有70次影像遺失，7/1、7/3監視器的黑畫面最長有106分鐘、最短56分鐘。

【潘志偉、黃仲瑜／新北報導】新北市32歲的戴姓男子，因乾弟日前在臉書po文惹禍，昨晚9時許，與對方相約在中和區復興公園談判，他為挺乾弟帶雙槍撂來4人助陣，與對方10多人一言不合，戴男遭嗆：「我要讓你在中和無法立足！」他憤而掏槍並對空鳴1槍，不料子彈不長眼，竟打中乾弟右手虎口，又擊中同伴右手臂，落網時被警譏笑：「真落漆！」

兩派人馬聚集時，警方接獲民眾報案，出動快打部隊到場，在中興街攔下戴男一行6人共乘逃逸的箱型車，從戴男包包中起出2把改造手槍及11發未擊發子彈，同時也逮捕另派衝突的4名男子，2名傷者送醫後，戴嫌訊後將依槍炮管制及傷害罪嫌偵辦。

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市警方日前接獲線報，表示有1名林姓毒品通緝犯躲藏在基隆長庚醫院情人湖院區，警方於昨天晚上9時許前往查緝，果真在癌症病房內發現43歲林嫌正在照顧因癌症長期臥病在床的父親。
 
警方欲將林嫌帶回警局時，林嫌竟全力抱住父親不放，讓警方無法將他帶回警局，正當警方束手無策時，林父忽然睜開眼睛瞪著林嫌，嚇得林嫌鬆開雙手，警方見機不可失，一擁而上將林嫌帶回警局並移送基隆地檢署歸案。

【陳俐妏／台北報導】聯發科（2454）下午舉行線上法說會，公布第2季財報，毛利率為43.2%，較第1季增加1.1個百分點，稅後淨利67.16億元，每股純益5.01元，超越財測高標4.97元。
 
隨著第3季步入旺季，加上中國十一拉貨開始啟動，聯發科預估，第3季營收將較第2季成長5~13%，其中智慧型手機晶片出貨達6000~6500萬套，季增20~25%，全年出貨目標2億套目標不變，至於平板電腦晶片出貨則由1000~1500萬套調高至1500~2000萬套。
