【陳建彰／台北報導】英特爾下調全年營收預估及資本支出，加深電子股下半年景氣疑慮，台股今天在電子股走弱拖累下，下跌61.97點，收8196.98點，成交值862億元。台新投顧協理黃文清說，接下來要觀察台積電（2330）下午法說是否釋出正面訊息，攸關電子股能否擺脫頹勢，短線指數有拉回壓力，但8000點附近應具支撐。
 
黃文清表示，英特爾（Intel）財報獲利符合預期，但下調全年營收及資本支出預估，盤後股價下跌3%多，壓抑台灣半導體相關族群走勢，在電子股表現疲弱下，指數跌破8200點，接下來要觀察台積電法說會，一般預估，本季營收約成長5~8%，是否對景氣釋出正面看法，攸關未來電子股走勢。
 
他認為，今年傳產及金融股指數均已創新高，電子股指數卻還在季線之下，顯示外界對下半年科技業景氣有疑慮，大盤短線也面臨拉回壓力，不過半年線7992點至8000點附近有支撐，未來若要挑戰8439點高點，電子股必須加入表態。

【李定宇／新北報導】市府文化局舉辦「藝起Summer－2013 新北市夏日藝術節」，本周六至8月4日止，分別在市民廣場、板橋435藝文特區與府中15進行，文化局今天召開記者會，邀請捷克古典懸絲偶劇團表演懸絲偶劇碼，與學生同樂。

【張芳榮／台北報導】法論功將後天周六中午12時至晚上9時，舉辦「拯救善良、結束迫害-悼念被中共迫害致死的法論功學員燭光悼念會」，台北市警局將在遊行的信義路、仁愛路進行交管，呼籲民眾避開遊行地點，或搭乘大眾交通工具。

市警局指出，法輪功申請核准的遊行路線為，信義廣場集合後出發→信義路5段→右轉市府路→左轉松壽路→右轉基隆路1段→左轉仁愛路4段→右轉光復南路→左轉忠孝東路4、3、2、1段→左轉林森南路→右轉仁愛路（南側順向1線慢車道）→左轉中山南路東側人行道→自由廣場集會後解散。

台北市警局今天表示，將會在遊行路線附近與周邊針對違規車輛加強拖吊。

【大紀元2013年07月18日訊】中國兩極分化、已成為世界上貧富差距最大的國家之一。網絡熱傳一組對比強烈的圖片，是中國貧富差距的真實寫照，讓人震撼，發人深省。

中國貧富差距逼近社會容忍線

2012年9月14日，中國公佈的首部《社會管理藍皮書中國社會管理創新報告》承認，中國貧富差距已逼近社會容忍線。

《華爾街日報》的一項調查結果中顯示，中國頂層10％的家庭控制了全國86.7％的財富，這相當於56％家庭的總收入。

清華大學社會學系教授孫立平研究披露，中國最高10%和最低10%的家庭人均收入差距已經高達65倍。

基尼係數是衡量一國貧富差距程度的國際公認指標。國際上通常把0.4作為貧富差距的警戒線，大於這一數值表示貧富懸殊兩極嚴重，容易出現社會動盪。一般發達國家的基尼指數在0.24到0.36之間。2010年，大陸的基尼係數就已超過0.5。2012年12月，西南財大的統計報告估計大陸的基尼係數已突破0.6，達到了0.61，屬全球罕見。

世界銀行一項報告顯示，中國家庭中最貧困人口約1億3千萬人，每天收入不足1美元，處於絕對貧困狀態。
