| 若期限前未達協議 埃及軍方擬架空穆希

【綜合報導】埃及軍事消息人士今天告訴路透社，如果埃及總統穆希（Mohamed Mursi）未能在期限之前與反對派達成協議，軍方打算架空穆希，並解散穆斯林主義者主導的國會。
路透社指稱，武裝部隊最高委員會主席塞西（Abdel Fattah al-Sisi）將軍設定的48小時期限將在今天（3日）傍晚5時到期，軍方打算成立過渡委員會治理國家，直到修正版憲法草擬完成，而過渡委員會主要由各個政治團體的代表和資深技術官僚組成。但不願說明如果穆希拒絕下台，軍方打算如何處置他。
與埃及軍方關係密切的退休將領史威蘭（Hossam Swellam）向埃及國家新聞社證實了這則報導。

【科技組／台北報導】 TPK宸鴻（3673）今天除息，每股配發現金20.91元，由於除息前已經帶量下跌出現棄權賣壓，加上外資大砍目標價，今天除息交易日，中場就摜殺至跌停價408.5元，並一路鎖死到終場，股價創下8個多月以來新低。。
雖然宸鴻第1季每股稅後盈餘14.19元，單季獲利已超過1個股本，公司也特別強調，看好觸控筆電需求，可望在下半年爆發，不過，股價不敵市場疑慮，出現貼權息走勢。

【綜合報導】加拿大皇家騎警周二宣佈破獲一起恐怖攻擊計畫，並逮捕2人，懷疑他們企圖在周一加拿大國慶日，在卑詩省維多利亞市的省議會大樓，以壓力鍋改裝的炸彈發動襲擊，類似今年4月在美國波士頓馬拉松上發生的炸彈攻擊當中，所使用的同款炸彈。
警方表示，2人是受恐怖組織思想影響，但背後無恐怖組織支持。

研究顯示，同是長距離路跑，跑完203英哩的選手，發炎指數等健康狀況指標不比跑103英哩的選手差。
加州大學戴維斯分校生理學家馬丁·霍夫曼指出，跑203英哩的選手或許更重視配速，或跑得較慢，長時間進行稍低強度的運動，比短時間快速運動的損害小。
很多民眾有固定慢跑，鍛鍊身體的習慣。一般來說，適度且不勉強的負重或載重運動對骨質疏鬆的輔助預防有一定的效果，健走或散步與溫和慢跑等都有助益。
不過，專家提醒，任何運動必須以不勉強與過度疲累為原則，如此才有改善健康的效果。過度或不正確的跑步還是可能誘發組織發炎，而關節已經發炎者，或曾因運動傷害導致關節炎的民眾，還是要留意不當或過量的運動可能讓發炎惡化。
醫師提醒，民眾仍要小心因運動不當，導致骨關節及肌肉發炎加劇，尤其在硬地上快速及長時間跑步要小心，在未熱身下突然性奔跑也容易受傷。

由群音科技營運、弘煜科技製作的網頁遊戲《少女兵器》於六月所舉辦的徵稿活動「萌幻徵稿比賽」圓滿結束，期間共收到數十位高水準的投稿作品，並由《少女兵器》主畫師「皇宇」老師選出前十名表現最佳的作品。前三名作品除了最高新台幣一萬元的高額獎金之外，還有機會能將作品實裝於遊戲當中。另外，7 月 4 日起至 7 月 25 日將舉辦「少女兵器夏日祭典釣釣樂」活動，只要於活動期間儲值的玩家就可以獲得抽獎機會，獎品包含許多限量好禮，可別錯過囉！
萌幻徵稿比賽前三名作品評論
本次比賽的評審「皇宇」老師（Zeco）語重心長地表示，本次參賽作品的水準都相當高，讓他在選出前十名作品時非常煎熬。以下為皇宇老師想傳達給參賽者的訊息。
「各位少女兵器的玩家日安，我是 ZECO，感謝大家踴躍參與。這次活動有許多有趣的 GA 出現，並且有些作品其實完成度很高，像是『紅眼兔』就是張相當完整的作品，因此選擇前三名的時候實在是讓人非常掙扎啊！以下就讓我們來看看前三名吧：
第一名
‧筆名：Arms 艾
‧作品名稱：曾夕
‧主要原型概念：中華民國國造天弓三型防空飛彈
‧皇宇老師評語：飛彈 GA 化（好可怕好可怕…）。雖然是天弓飛彈的 GA 化，不過比較像是用弓去延伸的 GA。武器結合滑輪弓和長劍相當有氣勢，紅黑白的配色乾淨且帶著科技感，是件完成度很高的作品，不過身材和手的比例可以再調整一下會更好。
第二名
‧筆名：日枝御子
‧作品名稱：愛依 王
‧原型機：AH-1W 國軍仕樣
‧皇宇老師評語：相當不錯的眼鏡蛇姬！機械描繪的細節是全部作品中最細緻完整的，看的出來費了相當多功夫刻畫，如果人物的服裝能更搭配武器一點，會讓這張圖更完整。眼睛的部分也許是想表現攻擊直升機透過眼睛瞄準目標的方式，但也讓人有種像是無生命的機械娘的感覺…有好有壞囉！
第三名
‧ 筆名：青空 Kamiya
‧作品名稱：可倫威雅-GA 禁衛裝甲師
‧原型機：英軍克倫威爾 MK.IV 巡航戰車
皇宇老師評語：和其他作品比起來帶有著手繪質感，ZECO 對 WW2 的 GA 比較偏好這種表現方式，加上貓耳的貝雷帽相當可愛。服裝與小標誌的細節刻劃也是這張的一個亮點，不過人物比例還可以做些調整（手有點太長囉！），履帶和裝甲細節也可以再下一些功夫描寫一下喔！」
夏日祭典活動開跑 好康大方送
活動時間：2013 年 7 月 4 日 12：00 至 2013 年 7 月 25 日 23：59
活動對象：《少女兵器》所有玩家
活動內容：凡於活動期間，每日儲值達新台幣 60 元，玩家將可參與「夏日慶典釣釣樂」一次抽獎機會。儲值金額越高，抽獎次數越多，每日最多高達 150 次。每日抽獎次數按每日儲值總金額計算，故已儲值的玩家必須於當日儲值後，於當日完成抽獎。抽獎次數及儲值金額隔日將重新計算，依據隔日的儲值金額計算抽獎次數。而當日玩家已抽過的釣球，同一日將不得重複抽取兌換。每日抽取兌換總數量最多為 150 顆釣球。

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】林姓男子9年前運安非他命到日本，在日本成田海關被查獲，被日本法院判刑8年定讞。
林男在日服刑期間，因不服監所人員管理，又埋怨我國駐日代表處人員照顧不周，不斷寄信到駐日代表馮寄台辦公處恐嚇「我回台灣後要到拿汽油彈到日橋學校丟擲，開槍射殺日本人小孩」、「馮大代表，回台後要槍殺觀光客和日本貴族。」
去年8月刑滿前，林男又寫信給在台日本代表處領事部，恫稱「不咬死你們這群只有官性沒有人性的官僚誓不甘心，槍殺在台日人學童。」林男前後共寄出8封恐嚇信，台灣駐日代表處人員報案後，去年於林出獄後直接逮捕林返國，台中地檢署今依《違反毒品危害防制條例》、恐嚇等罪將林提起公訴。

「Mad Genius」第一人稱體感進化
體感的時代來臨了，自從 2005 年由任天堂推出的 Wii 指向定位動作體感開始，現在的家用主機幾乎都要配上體感操作的功能才算完整。這款「Mad Genius」就是針對一些第一人稱的遊戲設計的新型體感，只要在電視上方放置感應器，加上專用的可拆式手把控制器就能輕鬆遊玩。這個特別的體感裝置，並不需要另外安裝任何程式，針對瞄準射擊幾乎沒有延遲，除了體感對應螢幕上的位置，搖桿上的左右類比香菇頭也可以作移動或調整的動作，除了體感功能之外，幾乎沒有修改原先的控制設定。這個創新的設計，讓玩家不用一直站著遊玩，不想要使用體感的時候只要將手把控制器合起來，就可以像原版設計一般操作，不強迫玩家全程使用體感的貼心設計廣受好評，目前在募資網站上成為遊戲類的高人氣設計，製作團隊也表示將會盡快公開發售日期與價格，後續的報導請繼續鎖定電玩宅速配囉！

目前使用方案是291全民共省有1G可以使用,但使用的手機是NOKIA 101 雙卡雙待 的2G手機,連WAP上網功能都沒有.結果卻收到本周使用5.9MB的簡訊.雖然是沒差拉反正 我可以使用1Gb,但明明沒用到卻被統計到有使用流量感覺很差.到底是有什麼誤會呢? 還是2G手機也是會用到流量?困惑 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.175.253

【楊逸民／美國紐約州水牛城報導】王建民今天自行趨車前往藍鳥3A水牛城野牛隊報到，雖然還沒通過讓渡期間，建仔未被列入球隊名單中，但教練團已經安排好建仔接下來行程，台灣時間8日，在主場先發迎戰國民3A雪城酋長隊。
只是建仔目前還無法列入出賽名單，因此比賽時不能坐在球場板凳區觀戰，今天只簡單向球隊報到，沒有進行任何熱身活動，只有與教練團見面，討論接下來的計劃。建仔說：「投手教練跟我說，現在就照我原來的先發節奏調整，明天要進牛棚練投，然後準備禮拜天(台灣時間周一)的比賽。」
明天天球隊要移動到洋基3A主場史寬頓比賽，建仔預計也會隨球隊移動，兩天後再回到主場與國民3A交手，建仔8日先發當天，野牛隊要和酋長隊進行雙重賽，不過教練團目前還沒說建仔將投哪1場。
