【綜合報導】目前康芮颱風中心位在台北東北東方近海，向北轉北北東移動，預計颱風強度有略為減弱的趨勢。氣象將軍俞川心預估，今天下午1時台灣就會脫離颱風暴風圈，但中南部仍會有大雨，雨勢要到下午2、3時後才會漸歇。

俞川心在中天新聞中指出，康芮颱風目前速度加快，預計下午1時台灣脫離暴風圈，下午3時後雨勢才會逐漸變小，但南投以南仍要嚴加防範。

【邱俊吉／台北報導】狂犬病動物實驗惹爭議，日前有學者提出體外病毒中和試驗的建議，狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今上午表示，體外病毒中和試驗可當作評估疫苗效力的1項指標，但無法取代動物試驗，包括該病毒對犬隻感染力的高低、潛伏期、臨床症狀、唾液是否排毒等問題，這些都必須進行犬隻試驗才能得到答案。

指揮中心另表示，昨新增2例來自南投縣國姓鄉和魚池鄉的鼬獾確診染狂犬病，目前累積已有106例鼬獾、1例錢鼠共計107起動物病例，疫情發生地區則仍維持9縣市47鄉鎮市。

【綜合報導】康芮颱風水攻南台灣，台南市仁德工業區災情嚴重，道路已經水淹膝蓋，已經分不清道路跟排水溝。

根據《壹電視》報導，台南仁德因為排水溝無法宣洩雨勢，道路已經水淹膝蓋。仁德工業區也已經積水，台電變電箱也因積水斷電，工業區損失則尚待估計。

昨晚看完全家就是米家 一整個回味無窮呀呀呀呀呀!!!! 很愛珍妮佛安妮斯頓的朋友們一定要去看(我從六人行就愛上她惹) 至於另一個女主角Emma Roberts 我對她印象最深的是 AQUAMARINE (中譯應該是人魚的奇幻旅程) 還有 WILD CHILD (中譯我忘了 冏) 這部片將近兩小時 片中除了在溫馨的橋段大家比較鎮定 其他地方全部笑歪了(還一直聽到有人在拍手XDDDDD) __________________________________以下微雷____________________________________ 個人覺得超好笑的點超多 但記得最清楚的有以下幾個 當蘿絲突然出現在飛機上 因為不小心的肢體碰觸讓他們差點吵了起來 大衛便叫四人飛機後方開家庭會議 而空姐上前關心試圖要請他們回座位 蘿絲突然牽起四人的手開始禱告XDDDDDDD 還有模有樣的阿門 空姐都哭了哈哈哈哈 結尾NG片段 當車上音響放出六人行的歌 I'll be there for you~~~~~~~~~~ 另外三人的白目動作再加上蘿絲臉上的冏樣 笑死我了啦 這是我今年覺得最搞笑的一部電影!!!!!!!!!!! ps 看完電影出來後真的會一直哼著don't go chasing waterfalls.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.36.153.22 ※ 編輯: yoyo662 來自: 114.36.153.22 (08/29 09:43)

高僑2013年7月營收3,541萬元，月增率24.87%，較2012年7 月減少38.33%；前七月營收2.41億元，比2012年同期衰退38.13%。上半年處於毛損，稅後純損2,774萬元，每股稅後純損0.39元；稅後純損比2012年同期擴增319.51%，毛利由正轉為負數。
