康芮加速　預計下午1時脫離暴風圈

【綜合報導】目前康芮颱風中心位在台北東北東方近海，向北轉北北東移動，預計颱風強度有略為減弱的趨勢。氣象將軍俞川心預估，今天下午1時台灣就會脫離颱風暴風圈，但中南部仍會有大雨，雨勢要到下午2、3時後才會漸歇。

俞川心在中天新聞中指出，康芮颱風目前速度加快，預計下午1時台灣脫離暴風圈，下午3時後雨勢才會逐漸變小，但南投以南仍要嚴加防範。
