台南未停課停班 賴清德遭嗆：當什麼市長

台南市今天清晨大雨滂沱，各地紛傳淹水，多處道路積水中斷，又正逢國中小學生返校日，大清早家長趕著送小孩上學還要去上班，卻處處受阻無法通行，市長賴清德早上前往新化區新和庄勘災，有人當面嗆他「當什麼市長？」賴清德說明根據氣象局資料尚未達停班停課標準，但宣佈今天上午不論幾點上班上課均不列入遲到及曠職。
