台南新化新和庄 水淹一樓急撤

連夜豪大雨造成台南市新化區在清晨4時許，開始淹大水，其中虎頭埤下游地勢低漥的新和庄社區，10多戶水淹一樓高，消防人員以救生艇撤離出7名洗腎病人、老人及小孩，其餘20多人在2樓就地避難，水在9時許消退，被困民眾直呼「水來得真快，嚇死了！」
