【綜合報導】總統府前凱道昨晚被人潮塞爆，各地民眾有人出錢包遊覽車，有人包高鐵、包台鐵車廂，25萬人湧入凱道；除了滿滿都是人，熱情民眾更是不斷提供止渴解飢的各種物資。發起活動的1985公民行動聯盟表示，聯盟沒有動員，「完全是公民自主參與」。

昨午台中市建國北路上約有400名熱血青年集結，搭乘8輛遊覽車北上，陸續有人送來麵包、礦泉水、香蕉及一瓶瓶提神飲料，準備戰到深夜。高雄熱血鄉民昨包6輛遊覽車北上，無法北上的鄉民熱情也不落人後，將一箱箱點心餐盒、飲料、礦泉水送到集結點。

標題[請問] 手肘肌肉痠痛到右手伸不直

痠痛的點在三頭肌上 靠近手肘的地方 看著右手時 痠痛點在內側靠身體這一邊 當我右手想伸直 手掌打開朝下 就會很酸痛 沒辦法伸直 手掌朝外 朝上都會 但是朝下就最痛最明顯 http://ppt.cc/16Qg 大概是這張圖的地方 這症狀其實有段時間了 至少一個月以上 只是沒有像這兩天 一直持續不斷 沒有變好 之前都會痠痛 我平常有在健身 所以想說按摩一下就好了 然後有覺得怎麼奇怪 明明就沒有做三頭肌的訓練 但也在酸痛 按摩也都沒有變比較好 可以麻煩幫我解答一下 這是甚麼症狀嗎?? 這樣我去看醫生才能直接跟醫生說 感激不盡 -- 有時你總是要犯點錯， 人們才會覺得你跟他們一樣。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.184.17.98

【綜合報導】哥斯大黎加政府表示，2間公營動物園預計在明年陸續關閉，並準備將園內動物野放。

哥國政府表示，1間營運97年的賽門波麗娃動物園(Simon Bolivar zoo)，明年將改建成植物園，另一間聖安那保育中心(Santa Ana Conservation Center)也即將關園。哥國環境部表示，總共有400隻動物包括獅子、鱷魚、猴子等將「另謀出路」，有些會野放回大自然，有些則轉往其他動保中心。

另一方面，有長期贊助動物園經營的民間基金會表示，會爭取繼續營運動物園的機會。

為了提高服務連接的加密強度，Google 今天宣佈該公司已開始將其所有的SSL證書升級至 2048 位元，並希望此項工作能在 2013 年年底前完成。

安全通訊端層 (SSL) 協議用於保證網頁瀏覽、電子郵件和即時消息等資料傳輸活動的通信安全。在公共網路上的兩台電腦之間傳輸資料時，由協力廠商頒發的 SSL 證書可以確認消息是否真的來自指定的人員，從而保證傳輸活動的隱私和安全。

為了防止出現問題，升級需要某些用戶端進行額外的配置。涉及到的用戶端軟體包括部分手機、印表機、機上盒、遊戲機及攝影機內建的軟體。

2009 年末，768 位的 RSA 金鑰被成功破解後，Google 將 SSL 證書的金鑰長度提高到了 1024 位元，儘管其被破解的難度要比前者高千倍，預計 10 年後才會有被破解的可能。但是隨著技術的發展，NIST（美國國家標準技術研究所）認為現有的標準面臨被攻克的危險，也許這就是 Google 進一步提高金鑰強度的原因。( thenextweb.com)

圖文BLOG分享 http://blog.yam.com/hand520/article/66919698 ======================================= 好用的超廣角真假睫毛結合夾(我自己亂取的~XD) 以我的工作角度來說 畫了新娘妝無可避免的會跟賓客近距離接觸 或者拍攝婚紗照時候 照片取的角度也可能是超近的距離拍攝手法 更甚至拍攝廣告時的化妝也會看腳色的取向 也會有貼到假睫毛的情況 以外出約會妝來說 一定會想把自己畫美美的跟閃光出門去約會 也會戴上自己喜愛的假睫毛來增加眼妝效果 所以假睫毛跟真的睫毛結合也就很重要了 不然發生了真假睫毛分開的窘境 那麼就有點掉漆了 因此也有許多產品的發明就是要來避免這種窘境 我自己慣用的手法是 素睫毛前需用睫毛夾先把睫毛夾翹 在上一層睫毛膏在真睫毛上定型 如果還想更翹點睫毛 那就可以用燙睫毛器來做加強動作 最後再把假睫毛貼上 假如還有發生真假睫毛沒結合地方 以前會用以下這種左右都包抄的去夾 但會發生要整個包住很困難 因為左右都有限制範圍 必須要分段來夾 比較麻煩一點 後來是工作時看見造型師朋友在用這隻長個很奇怪的夾子 想說借來玩玩看 沒想到用起來這麼好用 也就買來當作自己的好用工具 所以推薦這一款睫毛夾來做為輔助夾 但我個人覺得他的好用在於真假睫毛結合好用 如果單純拿來夾真毛夾 我個人覺得他效果沒有基本款好 施力點有點奇怪很難抓到感覺 接下來就來看實際操作的感覺 為求對比效果我事前沒有先夾真毛單純只是上層薄薄的睫毛膏 趁睫毛膏還沒乾以前立馬使用這個夾子 就用這種角度給他夾下去 輕輕的夾 一樣也要分三次角度去夾 如果是短點的真睫毛其實大概輕夾一次就可以結合 夾完後真假睫毛就結合再一起 不會是分開的窘境 如果角度感覺怪怪的就在撥一下 就可以了 以上就是我介紹的新玩具跟大家分享 照片除了第一張為我們家專業攝影師拍的 其他都用手機NOTE簡易拍攝 請大家見諒 -- 手，牽手。部屋-我們沒有華麗的外表，只有一顆誠懇的心。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.96.127

【綜合報導】英國推特(Twitter)之前出現有網友寄恐嚇和性威脅留言給女性網友，包括有2名女記者受害，目前警方也已經逮捕2名涉嫌寄恐嚇文的嫌犯。對此，英國推特總經理王湯尼(Tony Wang)公開道歉，並發表新規定來防堵網路暴力。

這個新規定包括推特會在頁面上設立一組按鈕，來讓網友直接匯報辱罵行徑，而不必透過客服中心投訴謾罵或網路暴力行為。
