行政院今日表示，國防部部長楊念祖昨日請辭獲准，原部長一職由現任國防部參謀總長嚴明接任。

嚴明為現任國防部參謀總長，空軍官校60年班、空院70年班、戰院77年班、戰研所80年班；軍中資歷完整，曾任空軍官校校長、聯勤司令部參謀長、空軍後勤司令部司令、空軍司令部參謀長、空軍司令部副司令、空軍副參謀總長、空軍司令部司令。

他也歷練多項職務，恪盡職守，曾多次督導各項災害防救作為及演習，空軍十年建軍構想、五年兵力整建計畫，籌建偵蒐雷達計畫、天固計畫、戰情預警系統，以及海軍護漁任務等，表現優異，深獲賞識。

標題[請益] 廣告公司薪水

本人因為剛畢業,由於是新鮮人沒什麼工作經驗 但對廣告有興趣所以找廣告相關的工作。最近面試了一間廣告公司 他們看了作品集後也很喜歡但當然不可能這樣就用我 也出了一份小作業讓我回去做，我也照做了也寄給他們了。 但第一次面試沒說到薪水,他們叫我想一下大概希望的薪資是多少 第二次面試後再談薪水。 在我交了作品給他們後很快通知我去第二次面試談薪資順便帶電腦 可能是希望我談好後可以直接上班。 但去了以後老闆遲遲不和我談薪水,其他人也無奈只好叫我先上工。 第一天就叫我做某個case的後製影片,雖然不難但是後製影片這種事情 很吃電腦資源，幾乎跑不動。 詢問何時會有桌機但可能還在採買中還需要時間。 除了設備問題其他我覺得都還好同事也很好。 本來想說就在這間公司吧！ 終於下班後，總監代替老板來跟我說薪資了（根本沒有談） 直接跟我說20k，包三餐和勞健保等等。三個月後才會調到25k或更多 其實我自認新鮮人沒什麼資格和人家談薪資但也沒想過會比22k還低 況且也不是設計助理。是獨立作業，工作量很大責任制 請問在業界20k很正常嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.234.231.211

【劉煥彥／台北報導】受到美股連3黑拖累，台股周四開低震盪，早盤多在平盤下震盪，且一度跌破7900點，最低跌至7894.18點，其中台積電（2330）一度跌至這波低點95.3元，聯電（2303）也跌破半年線，抑制大盤表現，但友達（2409）等面板股、仁寶（2324）及部分金融股續強，使跌幅不致擴大，並使大盤在午盤前由黑翻紅，估計今天成交值將放大至900億元以上。
 
不過台新投顧研究協理黃文清指出，台股外有美國QE可能在9~10月開始縮小規模的衝擊，內有重量級個股法說對第3季看法保守的影響，因此在8月14日上市櫃公司公布第2季財報的期限前，預期台股將維持整理格局，惟年線7784點應該有撐。
 
黃文清認為，台股8月會先下後上，後半月電子股可望重拾攻勢，帶領大盤向上表現。

【綜合報導】知名網路公司雅虎(Yahoo)今日表示，將在9月5日換新標誌，讓網民看到耳目一新的雅虎，也請網友期待。

雅虎公司表示，標誌仍維持既有的紫色調，而Yahoo後的感嘆號和著名的「雅~~呼~~」廣告聲音也會保留。

軍檢問，范佐憲已不是542旅的人，為何不先以連上電話向長官報備，且連上有自動電話，卻直接開車進入連上。范佐憲辯稱，他有打給現任王姓士官長，但士官長休假，他在安官桌碰到輔導長，就請輔導長陪同進入拿東西。

軍檢問，為何不跟連上留守的軍官報告，卻跟士官長報告。范佐憲辯稱，因為不知道誰留守，「沒有想得很多」，士官長電話中有同意。

軍檢追問「整個連上決定權是士官長可以決定的嗎？」，范佐憲說不是。

【賴佳昀／台北報導】因食品安全考量，行政院農委會公告102年5月17日起不得於合格屠宰場外宰殺活禽，再加上台北市環南家禽市場宣布自本月(8月)10日起，不再屠宰外縣市之活禽，面對即將到來的中元節禽肉超大需求量，新北市只好自立自強。

端午節台北環南家禽市場屠宰線暴量大塞車，致供貨不及，預估七夕及中元節也是祭祀大日，雞隻需求量將比端午節還大，而新北市為全國最大土雞消費地，以往卻無自己的屠宰場，新北市政府副市長李四川表示，由市府輔導民間自建之泰山屠宰場，應可在8/10日前取得使用執照等許可證。
