桃園縣新屋鄉男子陳建興，2011年11月以每月3萬元受雇照顧年僅3歲男童和妹妹，去年2月7日不滿男童隨地便溺，毆打男童致死，陳良心不安，向警方自首。一審判15年徒刑，服刑中的男童父母不服，上訴。

台灣高等法院更一審，今天仍依傷害致人於死罪判刑15年。

【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部今公布7月出口為253億美元，較6月減4.4%，較去年同月增加1.6%；累計1~7月出口1757.4億美元，較去年同期增加2.3%。
 
7月進口220.9億美元，較6月減4.9%，較去年同月減7.6％；累計1~7月進口1579.8億美元，較去年同期減0.9％。
 
7月出口對中國與香港小幅衰退，其它地區多較去年同月成長。亞洲需求減緩，因此7月出口轉為平淡。7月出口較去年同月小幅增加，其中電子產品出口已連續5個月超過71億美元。

【綜合報導】美國俄亥俄州囚禁3名女子長達10多年的「性奴屋」，今日在當地時間早上7點半，正式進行拆除作業，其中一名受害者也到場觀看拆除作業，揮別過去長達11年遭囚禁的傷痛。

工作人員花大約2小時，就完成拆除房屋的工作。53歲的主嫌卡斯楚(Ariel Castro)則在本月1日，遭法院判處終身監禁，外加1千年徒刑。
