台北駐日經濟文化代表處副代表羅坤燦卸任，今天離開日本返國。前東京都議會議員門?文良送機時表示，羅坤燦是優秀的外交官，感謝他為台日關係所做的努力。

羅坤燦今天帶著家人在羽田機場登機返國，有多位台日友人及駐日代表處官員前來送機，感謝他任內的照顧。

他看到東京都議員門?時立刻與門?相擁，流露惺惺相惜之情。

門?表示，因羅坤燦是「大使館」（駐日代表處）的第2號人物，在他與議員的交往當中，他們兩人建立友誼，交情不只是因公務的接觸，私人之間的交情也深。

他稱讚羅坤燦是個優秀的外交官，也具有崇高的人格，感謝羅坤燦所付出的努力。今天兩人擁抱時，約定好「台北見」。

羅坤燦表示，承蒙各界人士協助以及歷任駐日代表的領導，台日之間建立了很友善、深厚的感情。

他認為，台日關係是全方位的、超乎黨政關係，才有如此長久的友誼，他相信這關係會持續發展下去。

他說，台日雙邊政府重視相互友誼，關係愈來愈緊密，他籲請各界繼續支持駐日代表處、外交部，共同為外交努力。

羅坤燦是「日本通」，他於1988年首度被派駐日本大阪，在日本從事對日外交工作前後至少20年。他派駐日本很長一段時間負責僑務工作，與僑胞溝通良好。2011年311東日本大震災時他輔佐駐日代表馮寄台，努力安撫僑民並處理賑災事宜，深獲肯定。

他曾共事的駐日代表有馬紀壯、蔣孝武、許水德、林金莖、許世楷、馮寄台及現任駐日代表沈斯淳。

羅坤燦人事調動5月發布，8月調回外交學院。遺缺由前駐日代表處札幌分處處長徐瑞湖接任。

【綜合報導】英國布倫特市會堂接待員沙妮絲（Shanice），笑容可掬為訪客解答問題，但非有問必答，因為其實她不是真人，只是虛擬3D影像。

英國《都市報》報導，市政會花了1.2萬英鎊（約56萬元台幣）研發這個虛擬接待員。訪客輸入問題，沙妮絲就會解答，但她只預設了幾個答案，如果問其他問題，她就會被考倒，無法回答。

採用虛擬3D影像取代真人，估計每年可節省1.7萬鎊（約79萬元台幣）支出。
