監察院今日表示，國防部督導所屬各單位辦理營區污水處理，歷經數年改善，成效有限，營區污水接入公共污水下水道，或自設完善污水設施的比例，僅占國軍營區總數11.6%，且部分營區污水處理設施不良、維護管理不善、放流水水質不符法令規定，國防及情報委員會17日通過監察委員楊美鈴提案，糾正國防部。

【沈能元／台北報導】北市衛生局進行市售月餅抽驗，共抽驗50件，其中6件預購月餅禮盒因內容物成分標示不符規定，違規商品有「Room 4 Dessert月光派對馬卡龍禮盒」、「法式經典馬卡龍禮盒」、「康緹香-招牌綠豆沙蛋黃酥」、「康鼎招牌綠豆椪禮盒」、「傳統手工綠豆椪禮盒」、「蛋黃酥（奶蛋素）」等。衛生局已要求業者限期改善，否則依《食品衛生管理法》最高開罰300萬元罰鍰。

衛生局食品藥物管理處副處長沈美俐說，違規商品不符規定原因3件產品使用著色劑，但外包裝未標示；2件未標示產地；1件保存期限雙重標示、未標示有效日期、著色劑及營養標示等。衛生局建議，消費者購買時，應注意商品外盒標示，月餅未拆封前應置於陰涼處，並於保存期限內食用完畢，而吃不完或單粒無完整包裝的月餅，應放入冰箱冷藏。

【綜合報導】周一起在高雄巨蛋連續舉行5天的世界運動舞蹈大賽（World DanceSport Games, WDSG），今日賽程進入第二天。經過激烈的預賽及決賽後，由德國代表Simone Segatori / Annette Sudol奪得標準藝術舞冠軍；拉丁隊形舞也由來自德國的隊伍Grun-Gold-Club Bremen榮獲第一名；創意台客舞由成軍超過6年、平均年齡超過60歲的嘟比舞蹈社奪魁。

兩日賽累積獎牌數排名由德國以3金1銅暫列第一，緊追在後的是俄羅斯1金2銀，台灣則以1金1銀1銅排名第三。除了三項決賽，啦啦隊舞預賽也在今日舉行，中華代表隊展現絕佳默契，華麗的高拋動作令人驚艷，在預賽取得第三名佳績，啦啦隊舞將於周五下午2時進行決賽。

【潘姵如、李銘宏、許麗珍╱連線報導】交通號誌故障奪孝子命！北市一名半工半讀的男大生，昨凌晨與同學相約中秋夜烤，騎車行經長安西路、承德路口見綠燈直行，未料交通號誌故障，南北向的承德路也是綠燈，男大生遭南北向的統聯客運擦撞摔車倒地輾爆頭慘死。警方說，從未看過路口四方都是綠燈的離譜狀況，直嘆：「死得有夠冤枉，這下子國賠有得賠了。」

有人可以有人不能更新，有網友說htc排時間輪流更新，有人說不能更新要拿去門市更新，有人更新2次有人一天到晚按好幾次也無法更新，我沒刷機十月過保，一次都無法更新，用過鑽石機，hd,hd2，sensation,one x,再無法更新下次不買htc了，感覺很不好，感覺真的很受虧待。

※ [本文轉錄自 Food 看板 #1IE7JuAB ] 作者: billowlin (胖胖) 看板: Food 標題: [食記]【桃園】溜小人~親子餐廳《星谷親子園》 時間: Tue Sep 17 23:27:46 2013 餐廳名稱：星谷親子園 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：桃園市國際路一段1115號 電話：03-3700723 / 0915-779-312 營業時間：11:00~20:00 每人平均價位：$89~$149 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 ============================================== 無音樂好讀網誌版: http://iamhappy88.com/2013-0917-child-taoyuan/ ============================================== 文字版心得: 一時之間不曉得又要帶小人去哪溜躂嗎？ 爸比、媽咪有福了，又有一家親子餐廳開幕囉！ 這間「星谷親子園」是今年八月才開幕的，某天正 巧路過這裡，順道進來探個究竟。 親子餐廳內的佈置算是簡單溫馨，裡頭有個球池、 大型積木組與許多玩具，另外，進入遊戲區時，如同 其它親子館，須穿著襪子，若臨時沒穿或未帶，場外 也有販賣，可應應急。 這是貼在大門的入場須知。 遊戲區的旁邊便是廁所。 廁所的外頭則貼心的設置了尿布台。 小人則是對這裡的玩具愛不釋手。 尤其特別喜歡那大型的積木組。 由於我們是臨時起意才到這兒，而當時的時間有點晚 了，店家剛招待過一群親子Party的媽媽們，所以，所 剩的食材也不多，因此，我們當天的晚餐點了： 拉風跑車套餐、藍帶豬排飯，以及義大利麵（白醬）。 瘋了一會兒的小人，也餓了，趕緊來享用為他準備的 「拉風跑車套餐」。 這裡頭的菜色還蠻多樣的，有薯條、雞塊、玉米筍、 火腿、炒蛋、炒飯、堅果、QQ糖與棉花糖。 這炒飯算是他相當喜歡的一道，而據說這當中的炸物 皆是採用非油炸的汽炸鍋來烹調的。 白醬義大利麵。 這義大利麵相當普通，裡頭加了些火腿與香菇，滋味 也一般。 藍帶豬排飯，看到這豬排飯，說真的，與我的想像有 些落差，因為我比較偏好菜色裡要有綠色蔬菜類點綴， 或許當天因時間關係，缺乏食材，只好將就上菜吧？ 而當中主要的菜色有： 非油炸的豬排、玉米筍、火腿、炒蛋與鮪魚，有點像 是另一種兒童餐的組合？？？ 不過，這豬排的滋味還算蠻香的，口感酥脆。 今天的飲料：可樂與香濃乳酸。 飯後甜點：蛋糕與餅乾。 呵~ 我們家小人可是對他的「拉風跑車套餐」，津津有味呢~ 而位在遊戲區旁還有個簡易閱讀區。 今晚又在這認識了一位新朋友喔！ 小人利用積木做了一列長長的火車，邀請他的新朋友一起 來乘坐。 玩著玩著，經過熟識之後才知道，原來這位超可愛的弟弟 是這間親子餐廳的「小開」喔！ 聽老闆娘說，有小朋友會超羨慕這位「小小開」，因為家 裡就是親子館，可以盡情的玩耍耶…呵呵… 小人當然也不能錯過門口這台拉風跑車。 臨去秋波之際，這位「小小開」還送給他小禮物喔，真是 祝感心耶！ 心得總結： 就「星谷親子園」的環境與價位相比，算是蠻相符的，雖 然不像一些大型親子館或親子餐廳那般，具有豐富有趣的 遊樂設施，但這裡小而美，環境整潔乾淨。 或許是剛開幕的緣故，老闆似乎還在邊做邊摸索，因此， 在餐點上還有改進的空間，然而，話雖如此，有些家長或 小人們，反而會比較重視的是遊戲環境，而對於餐點卻沒 那麼講究了。 所以，見人見智，就看老闆的經營取向為何？但最重要 的，還是得迎合大多數消費者的喜好吧？ 總之，這裡相當適合媽媽間的小聚餐或是舉辦小朋友的生 日PARTY…等等之類的。 以上便是我們本次的主觀消費心得，有機會的話，不妨利 用半天的時間，一起帶小人親自造訪一番，也會比較準確 喔！ (謝謝您耐心看完!) -- 歡迎光臨~ 我是樂爸。 Jeffery！ http://feeds.feedburner.com/JefferyPixnet -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.89.205 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: billowlin (114.25.89.205), 時間: 09/17/2013 23:31:19

【綜合報導】非洲莫三比克在過去2星期間，爆發不明大規模腹瀉，已經導致逾百人死亡，政府衛生部門表示目前狀況已經受到控制，但仍未公布原因。

當地媒體質疑，境內河流集水區附近最近有人非法採礦，疑污染水源，導致此波疫情。

【陳建岐／台北報導】POP Radio今歡度5周年台慶，昨晚少女團體Popu Lady到電台貼心送上生日蛋糕，台呼是師姊S.H.E創作演唱，小師妹們也想嘗試演唱台呼，5人特別感謝Hebe曾鼓勵她們加強現場演唱自信和穩定度，至今受用無窮。

Popu Lady成團9個月已接獲7項代言，宣傳期通告滿檔，平時除玩線上遊戲排解壓力，特別喜歡整人，身邊友人幾乎已成她們惡整對象，有一次她們分別打電話給朋友，騙說公司要她們隆乳到F罩杯以上，宇珊還假哭說自己罩杯最小費用高，當晚她們口頭借到230萬元，庭萱1人就募得80萬元。
