【高佳菁／台北報導】邁入10月，市場多項利空訊息恐掩蓋利多的機會，在外在部分，美預算案僵局未解，國債上限與量化寬鬆退場議題的干擾亦恐接踵而來，內在面臨電價調漲、政治紛擾衝擊延續，拖累人氣與量能退潮，市場觀望氣氛轉濃，皆不利於台股指數表現，建議操作上宜採保守策略，逢高可持續降低持股水位。
 
統一投顧指出，國內「9月政爭」延續、歹戲拖棚，拖累立院停擺，103年總預算案與服貿協議等重要議案短期過關機率偏低；加上今日電價正式調漲，高鐵與民生相關物品價格亦將接續漲價，其對經濟成長、企業獲利表現恐有壓抑，皆屬對盤面不利因素，需留意利空效應的發酵。

標題[問題] 請問corolla 05的大燈跟排氣問題

倫敦大學學院 (University College London)美國史教授，專攻美國總統制度與經濟政策的專家Iwan Morgan在CNN評論指出，美國政府如果關門，將對全球經濟造成多方面衝擊。首先是正在辛苦控制其債務難題和掙扎復甦的歐元區，尤其希、愛、西，甚至法國，經濟過渡倚賴金融體系的英國亦然。這些國家的反撙節派將援引美國的錯誤示範，開始賴債。其次是美國一定會被債信評鑑公司降級。第三是美國很難再以低利出售短期公債，結果將是倚重利息較高的中、長期公債，而這將會傷害美國目前為了經濟復甦而實施的低利政策，進而傷及亞、歐、拉美。美國利息上升，將會吸引全球資本湧入，眼前需要信用來維持經濟復甦的歐洲國家受害最大。

國際政經情勢紛擾，歐美股市連袂重挫，恐不利台股表現。

美國道瓊工業指數下跌128.57點，跌幅0.84%；那斯達克指數跌10.115點，跌幅0.27%；標普500指數跌10.2點，跌幅0.6%；費城半導體指數近乎持平，漲0.02點。

國內外產業訊息方面，美國國會參議院以54對46票，否決眾議院將歐巴馬總統的平價醫療法案與短期延長政府運作資金掛鉤的最新方案。

仁寶宣布，將以每股新台幣50.8元，公開收購轉投資公司華寶。

中油宣布，本月天然氣不漲，桶裝瓦斯每公斤價格調降5角。

根據媒體報導，4G競標價暫時得標總金額超越700億元大關，達709.35億元，逼近底價359億元的2倍。

媒體報導，金融監督管理委員會主委曾銘宗與各金融產業公會開會，釋出研議提高壽險資金投入公共建設上限10%，鼓勵壽險業投入公建訊息；此外，未來對金融業金檢報告，不再只寫缺失，表現好也會計入肯定。
