【黃仲瑜／新北報導】新北市消防局昨深夜接獲民眾報案有人燒炭自殺，立即派遣救護車前往現場救援，救護人員抵達後趕緊將36歲的廖男送往醫院。據警方了解，廖男心情沮喪想不開，還好友人發現得早及時報警，救了廖男一命。

台中大雅路傳出火警，初步發現該處為一間酒店冒煙起火，台中市消防局已派出多部消防車前往搶救，暫時未傳出有人受傷受困。

筆者先倒帶幫讀者勾起一段「制度殺人」陳年往事...十三年前台灣第一次政權輪替，民進黨樂昏頭致樂極生悲，嘉義發生了八掌溪事件，那事件過程讓觀眾搖頭，叫媒體傻眼，眾目睽睽看著四工人被污泥濁水沖走，縣消防局拋繩槍技窮無能為力，警政署空警隊與國防部海鷗部隊則謹守海拔高度出勤規定，現場七嘴八舌討論沒共識，眼睜睜坐視四條命沒入急流，當時行政院副院長游錫堃負責下台，以退為進反轉進閣揆，成了事件「悲劇英雄」。
 
幾天前新北市一名女子獲悉住苗栗的同學欲自殺，急向110、119報案，不料都被市警局、消防局、苗栗縣府踢皮球推諉，打了12通求救電話總算被受理，但黃金救援時間已耗掉23分鐘，其同學以找到遺體憾事作收，她怒控「警消見死不救」。的確如此，救人如救火須臾不容緩，110及119之所以統一話碼，除易於熟記，另一種意義是全國性單一窗口，就算案發地非屬轄區，也應自動轉接甚至主動轉知管轄救援單位，畢竟當事人慌亂像無頭蒼蠅，主管公僕較專業冷靜。
 
拯救朋友竟似鬼打牆，硬生生給引入八卦陣走迷宮，似曾相識的邱小妹「醫療人球」翻版，公家單位打太極功夫絲毫不遜色始祖張三豐，我不殺伯仁伯仁卻因我而死，公部門要命的「依法行政」，怯懦勇於任事，一成不變SOP標準作業程序VS.通權達變 權 變理論，寧選前者以明哲保身，死腦筋屢屢釀成災害，無怪乎媒體會痛批「官僚殺人」！

標題[問題] 筆電使用WORD無法新增印表機

廠牌：ASUS 型號:X5DI 購入日期:多年前吧 OS:WIN7 問題內容:我的OFFICE是2010版本的，之前因為都在外面印，所以沒有問題， 但現在家中印表機出土了，也安裝好驅動程式，可以掃描，印表機是 LEXMARK X2350事務機，但是用WORD要新增印表機的時候，出現了以下資訊 目前無法使用active directory網域服務，這樣的視窗出現 按下確定後就什麼都沒有了，股溝一下資訊很多，但小魯看不懂， 而出現的大多都是XP的，W7的很少，所以有些找不到，想請問版友友沒人有 遇到過這樣的情形，要如何處理，因為小魯對這個變更比較陌生， 如果有人可以教學，可以麻煩告知設定的路徑嗎，不然還真是不好找 感謝板友了 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.129.165
