【張菱育／台北報導】自去年8月實價登錄上路以來，房市透明度逐漸提高，據永慶房產集團統計實價登錄資料，北市公寓平均交易單價從去年8月的48.1萬元，漲至今年8月的53.2萬元，年漲10.4%；套房從59.2萬元，漲至70.9萬元，年漲19.9%；大樓卻降至現在的每坪51.3萬元，年減4.7%。

永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃舒衛指出，近1年中低總價熱銷，也帶動公寓和套房產品，其中萬華、北投、文山區，均有超過7成以上的交易物件，平均單價在50萬元以下，就算是信義區也有10.6%的成交物件單價低於50萬元，在北市要找低價產品，其實不難。

【林媛玲／新北報導】新北市樹林區工興橋下日前發現乳白色廢水排放污染塔寮坑溪，環保局派員追查，發現群益鋁業深夜將酸性廢水偷，儘管業者領有排放許可證，卻為省下處理費惡意繞流排放，環保局今對業者處分60萬元罰款。

離譜的是，工廠老闆矢口否認偷排廢水，並狡辯該公司牆上特別貼有《蘋果》日報報導環保局破獲八里風帆碼頭變陰陽海新聞，目的在提醒員工不可犯法，但偷排罪證確鑿，老闆自知無法抵賴才承認犯案。

【張芳榮／台北報導】特偵組濫權監聽立法院掃到台北市！台北市民代質疑，北市警局花4600萬元的「M化車」，被濫用做政治偵防及監聽。今天下午，市刑大隊長黃明昭表示「M化車」的出勤和管理有嚴格規定，「M化車」從前年10月開始執勤至今，出勤178次，成功追緝犯嫌107件。都是用在社會治安或急難救助案件的目標定位，不可能也不必用於政治偵防和監聽案件。

市警局指出，M化系統除定位功能外，雖也另置語音及文字攔截系統功能，但必須依據「通訊保障及監察法」向法院聲請核發「通訊監察書」，才能在該設備中執行。不過，市警局從有M化車以來，僅限定危害社會治安案件的偵蒐定位，從未執行過語音和文字攔截勤務。

市警局表示，目前M化車出動是根據「台北市警局『M化偵查系統』勤務執行規定」，且以擄人勒贖、故意殺人、槍彈、組織犯罪、強盜、重大詐欺、重大恐嚇取財案、毒品等重大刑案及其他特殊矚目，或緊急救難案件，一切按照規定，不會影響民眾權益，更不會介入社會治安以外的偵查。

【曾伯愷／新北報導】另類盟約求高分！103年大學學測考試僅剩下94天，新北市三重區新北高中今上午10時許，集結全校近700名學生，在大禮堂舉行高三生誓師活動，校方希望以「結理同心約盟勵學」立約結盟的方式，讓高三學生在剩餘的天數的讀書計畫填入「破百戰士憑據」，經由導師見證，立下盟約。藉此相互督促，爭取佳績。
 
活動開始由新北高中校長江家珩、教育基金會董事長黃賢聰、家長會等先致贈學子「鳳梨」、「蘿蔔」、「蔥蒜」等三樣吉祥物。希望所有考生都能聰明應試，精算滿分，各個追分成功，金榜題名。過程中，學校還別具巧思將垃圾桶倒放變身為鼓桶，讓高三學子擊桶宣誓，全校近700名學生擊鼓聲響震撼全場，熱情的節奏，強有力的吶喊，展現出即將迎接考試的堅定意志。

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】配合台中捷運烏日文心北屯線（捷運綠線）工程施工，文心路與中清、大雅路交叉口的人行陸橋於昨天深夜起到後天止，連續三天凌晨進行拆除，台中市交通局提醒用路人經過該路段時多小心注意!

台中市捷運工程處表示，每天拆除時間是從夜間23時30分至隔日上午5時30分，作業時間約6小時，完成後即可恢復車輛通行，施工單位將利用日間清除橋臺等，不致影響交通。
