【林振義／高雄報導】一名身穿保全員制服的中年男子，今午四點多突從愛河河東路岸邊跳河，路人見狀大叫一聲，並從岸邊取救生圈丟下河中，讓跳河男子浮在河面，隨即報警救援。

當時在愛河行駛的愛之船上兩名人員見狀，趕緊靠近將跳河男子抓住，等待消防人員前來，幸好有即時丟下救生圈還有愛之船的協助搶救，跳河男子被救起後並無生命危險，僅不斷喃喃自語說：「剛剛有吃下多顆安眠藥。」

【林錫淵／高雄報導】3名工人今天下午3時許到高市小港區中林路與臨海路口的台電變電所，準備清理修剪6萬9千伏特高壓電塔周遭的樹枝，一名站在地面上幫扶鋁梯的薛姓工人（28歲），突遭高壓電電擊倒地不起。

消防隊員據報趕抵，發現薛男左胸口以下至左腿多處脫皮，經送小港醫院發現全身有百分之25的二度灼傷，目前生命跡穩定，已轉送海總治療，事故發生原因正由台電等相關單位調查。

內政部營建署今天到台南辦「全國區域計畫」公聽會，環盟等團體在公聽會開會前舉標語抗議，要求內政部進行政策環評及不得公告。聽證會中，與會環保團體批全國區域計畫草案，刪除活動斷層兩側限制開放，將使民眾買房子戰戰兢兢。

營建署強調全國區域計畫依規定無須政策環評，但將與環保署研議，確認辦理方式，納為後續規劃。另斷層問題，為確保建築安全，在申請建築執照時仍應符合相關建築法規，因此並不會有影響。

標題[心得] 世界奇妙物語2013秋 小小感想(雷)

1. 0.03フレームの女 這則最後的惡搞，以過去世奇的恐怖靈異類風格而言，是非常少見的吧。 通常結尾是女鬼跑出來，將女角給..喀擦之類的驚悚結束。這次首見 有些搞笑的轉折結尾，實在讓人猜不透，在世奇也算一種突破吧XD 2. 水を預かる 從頭到尾都是主角自我幻想求生存，過去也有類似的故事，有水、食物之類的主題。 所以看到最後轉折時，是沒感到什麼驚奇。只不過故事將主題隱藏的不錯， 焦點一直在隔壁女生與寄存水上打轉，所以你也會一直往這方面情節去想， 讓你猜不透後續發展。 3. 人間電子レンジ 我覺得這則故事很普通，一直到結束時也是很普通...感覺沒什麼好提的XD 4. 仮婚 這則還不錯，很典型地奇妙物語喜歡玩弄的把戲。原本以為發展到最後會是 什麼愛情戲，結果現實是....男角只不過是想當家庭主夫，才與女角在一起。 不過現在女生經濟能力不錯，角色的替換與過去相比，也不算什麼訝異的事。 5. ある日、爆弾がおちてきて 其實前半劇情，我是覺得很普通。不過到後半劇情，反倒是讓我感覺不錯的愛情小品。 女角罹患心臟病，所以絕望而感受不到美好未來，因此化身炸彈女，想炸了這世界。 唯一的希望是與男角同在。當男角已不屬於她時，女角發覺最後希望也沒了， 最終死亡也隨之到來。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.237.61.115

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】配合台中捷運烏日文心北屯線（捷運綠線）工程施工，文心路與中清、大雅路交叉口的人行陸橋於昨天深夜起到後天止，連續三天凌晨進行拆除，台中市交通局提醒用路人經過該路段時多小心注意!

台中市捷運工程處表示，每天拆除時間是從夜間23時30分至隔日上午5時30分，作業時間約6小時，完成後即可恢復車輛通行，施工單位將利用日間清除橋臺等，不致影響交通。
