【突發中心／新北報導】今天下午5時許，一名年約70歲的林姓男子意識昏迷倒臥在新北市林口區福林路巷內的一處車庫前，林男除左手疑有骨折外，身上無其他明顯外傷，警消人員獲報抵達現場，緊急替男子進行CPR急救和包紮止血，但男子因傷勢嚴重，送醫急救後仍未脫離險境，警方獲報後也趕往現場了解情況並釐清男子受傷原因。

監察院長王建?拋出議題，指監察院應該關門，對此，民進黨立委大表贊成，提議刪減部門預算，讓監察院虛級化。

國民黨立委王惠美贊成廢除監察院，但她認為，刪除預算只是一時，畢竟非「長久之計」，若欲釜底抽薪，應由制度面著手，討論究竟要維持五權分立或改為三權分立？她表示，若朝野能達成共識，修憲也不是太困難。

《軍審法》新制上路，國防部15日凌晨開始辦理移監工作，台南軍監及桃園、高雄軍事看守所中的囚犯，預計陸續將從今早開始進行移監作業，將254名軍犯移監11處法務部所屬監獄。

其中移監對象包括前陸軍六軍團指揮官程士瑜中將、中山科學院前院長陳友武中將、前憲兵司令何雍堅中將、少將張晉德、羅賢哲、浮報獵雷艦軍購經費的海軍前上校組長郭力恆等高階軍官。

由於軍方並沒有囚車，因此是由憲兵司令部所調用的軍用警備車充當囚車，而受刑人較少的梯次，則是用QRV或是福斯T4或是警方的警備車充當囚車，因此預計這些將領都將坐QRV或是福斯T4出營區。
