日本擬將投票年齡下修至18歲

全球已有近九成國家把投票年齡降為18歲。根據《華爾街日報》報導，日本國會將在幾日內討論法案，提議將投票年齡從二十歲降到十八歲，預計會順利通過，將在明年的參院選舉前生效，估將增加百分之二的選民
。

該報分析，將投票年齡往下調，由於年輕選民的態度較為開放，將有利於首相安倍晉三推動經濟改革，解除憲法對自衛隊的限制。安倍有意在明年選舉之後，提出修憲計畫。（韓政燕／綜合外電報導）
