蘋果開放iWork雲端版　任何人皆可免費使用

蘋果的iWork編輯工具類似於iOS上的Office，以往只提供給自家設備用戶免費使用，但近日蘋果改變策略，可以在雲端上開放給所有人免費使用了。

蘋果近日於Beta版iCloud網站（https://beta.icloud.com/）上公布：「從現在起，任何人都可以使用iCloud版Pages、Numbers和Keynote。」建立Apple ID登入後，還可以有1GB免費儲存空間。

蘋果一向是提供高品質的服務，但也會收取相當的費用，或是只針對購買自家產品的消費者提供免費服務，開放大眾免費使用的做法倒是不常見。

微軟Office行動版在去年11月宣布免費使用，並會推出iOS、Android版本，不過這可理解微軟是為了收復失去大半的行動市場。蘋果的iWork for iCloud免費版看起來並不會對行動市場有太大影響，有可能吸引到的大概是雲端辦公的族群，或許是希望藉由雲端協同作業，讓更多用戶體驗到蘋果產品？
