自一月底開始，因低溫凍雨天氣，位於中國貴州省黔東南苗族侗族自治州雷山縣境內，雷公山麓上海拔1400多米省道因路面結冰，造成部分車輛受阻，交通不暢，一些村民步行回家，他們多帶著下山採辦的年貨，用竹竿撐著徒步回家。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
