英小學生畢業前要會乘法表

英國為提高學生的數學及英語成績，計畫要求小學生在畢業前，必須熟背12乘12以內的乘法表，及正確使用英語語法、拼寫及標點符號的使用。

英國教育大臣「摩根」將英語及數學列為重點學習項目，她打算將乘法表在數學考試中單獨列項，同時，她也將加強學童的閱讀力。

「摩根」表示，她希望提高整體學生的程度，她並且設定目標，希望讓英國學童的數學及閱讀成績在2020年時，能成為全歐洲榜首，並擠進全球前五名。

根據國際針對65個國家的15歲學生進行評估，也就是pisa排行榜，英國的數學排名26 ，閱讀成績名列23。(照片取材自網路)
