男心情不好　持磚塊砸警車洩恨

桃園一名有中度精神障礙的林姓男子（33歲）去年9月15日晚間搭公車到中壢，因要下車，公車司機卻未靠站停車，而與公車司機吵了一架後心情不好，獨自步行到中壢警分局門口時，拾起地上磚塊丟向停在分局門口的一部警用公務車，造成警車後門鈑金凹陷，案經路過民眾發現報警，警方當場將他逮捕送辦，桃園地檢署今依毀損公務員職務上掌管物品罪嫌將他聲請簡判。（張沛森／桃園報導）
