查山老鼠　意外查獲長槍

竹崎分局警方為緝查阿里山鄉達邦村、里佳村一帶山老鼠，進行埋伏攔查1輛藍色小貨車，意外在駕駛座的後方發現1把土造長槍，經初步鑑定後具有殺傷力，今天依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例移送嘉義地檢署偵辦。

小貨車駕駛溫男辯稱，在散步時發現有一包用布包裹著的東西，好奇打開才發現是槍枝，拿回家把玩，並不知道違法。

溫男槍枝攜帶身邊，警方質疑他的動機，是否涉及盜獵進一步查明中。

警方發現這把土造霰彈槍可擊發一般制式的霰彈，初步鑑定具強大殺傷力。（李宗祐／嘉義報導）
