教練離職會員解約　健身房拿2成手續費

台南市浩沙健身俱樂部會員，因個人教練課程的教練離職，向健身俱樂部要求解約退費，業者卻要求扣退費的兩成當做手續費。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台南林小姐去年5月加入浩沙健身俱樂部會員，購買5萬7000元個人教練課程，沒想到她的教練在12月離職，她向健身俱樂部解約，並返還剩餘的費用約4萬多元，業者同意退課程費用，但要扣兩成手續費，約8600元，她向健身俱樂部抗議無果，怒批業者「真是很惡劣！」另位梁先生也遇到相同情形，大罵業者不合理。

浩沙健身俱樂部拒絕受訪，僅稱會員有問題可向消保官申訴。台南市消保官林國禎指出，因教練離職，消費者可要求業者退還未上課的費用及違約金賠償，業者扣手續費不合理。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
