被夫刻意支開　正宮設局抓到車震

已婚的林姓男子和小三幽會，找藉口支開老婆及小孩，老婆直覺有異，設局抓姦。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，林男3年前認識大學剛畢業的24歲女子，102年某晚，林開車載女子回家途中，在車上發生性行為。林男老婆表示，她直覺丈夫當天行為有異，將手機放在車上，開啟錄音功能，果然錄到兩人車震聲音。林妻要求小三拍裸照，再拿給小三的母親看，對方看到後相信自己女兒與人夫有染，簽下老婆拿出的和解書。

大老婆一連串的反擊和設計，雖林男與小三否認有「車震」行為，台中高分院法官仍採信大老婆的採證內容。法官說，捉姦在床不容易，「萬不得一」，間接證據也可讓法官依經驗法則，依妨害家庭罪判林男和小三各徒刑5月，易科罰金各罰15萬元，不得再上訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
