劉義周：民代對黨負責　亮票很正常

最高法院上周判決新北市議員亮票無罪，國民黨立委盧嘉辰今在內政委員會質詢時詢問中選會主委被提名人劉義周是否贊成亮票？劉義周說，他個人認為就政黨正當發展、對黨負責，「投票時亮票是很正常的事情」。

至於是否贊成修《地方制度法》讓議長選舉改為記名投票？劉義周說，他贊成修法，因為民代確實是不一樣的角色，「要看社會共識是什麼，我們法律要明確規定。」

對議長選舉亮票議題，中選會副主委被提名人陳文生說，議員部分是地方自治，若能促進政黨政治，「也不是不能」中選會委員被提名人劉嘉薇說，現行法令無法記名投票，未來可修法採「得」記名投票方式。中選會委員被提名人張瓊玲則說，按《憲法》規定，投票要無記名，只有倒閣才要記名。（黃揚明／台北報導）
