「博士人妻」的不倫LINE　法官據此判賠

新竹知名大學林姓女博士與國外名校饒姓碩士，結婚11年並育有2子，未料饒妻去年間出軌，互用「LINE」傳情，而法官就是根據LINE的文字內容作為判決原因之一。

今天出版的《聯合報》報導，饒妻從去年2月起，不斷使用LINE與王男聊天，內容有「互咬」、「你從牽手、親吻、抱我一氣呵成」。饒妻表示，對話內容不代表有不正常男女交往關係。但法院認為，兩人每天透過LINE互訴思念，對方男子也認錯，並以16萬達成和解，因此饒妻也要賠償30萬元的精神撫慰金。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
