花蓮縣府發布新人事　衛生局長升任副縣長

花蓮縣縣政府今天下午發布104年局處首長的佈達名單，原任衛生局長徐祥明升任副縣長一職(103年12月25日生效)，原任消防局長顏新章升任秘書長一職(103年12月27日生效)。

另外新任局處首長，社會暨新聞處處長：陳玟祺(103年12月25日生效)、農業處處長：羅文龍(103年1月5日生效)、衛生局局長：林運金(103年12月25日生效)、消防局局長：林文瑞(103年12月30日生效)、觀光處代理處長彭偉族(103年12月25日生效)。

續任包括有：建設處處長：鄧明星、地政處處長：陳聰慧、教育處處長：陳玉明、行政暨研考處處長：謝公秉、客家事務處處長：林廷光、主計處處長：洪文煌、政風處處長：余世銘、人事處處長：林妙貞、警察局局長：艾鵬、環境保護局局長：饒忠、文化局局長：陳淑美、工商發展投資策進會總幹事：張福檳。（李光濱／花蓮報導）
