高鐵今年三月就可能破產，交通部提出財改方案，要延長高鐵的特許期限40年，明天將在立法院審查，到底高鐵的財務狀況有多困難？交通部又要怎麼來幫助高鐵的財務改革？高鐵若真的破產，政府接管會比較好嗎？後續又會如何發展？
