股東會日期登記　13吉日1小時搶完

台灣證交所上午表示，今天上午9點開放登記2014年度的股東會日期，截至上午10點15分，在1823家上市、上櫃及興櫃公司中，已有95.7%、總計1745家上線登記。

至於853家上市公司中，已有835家登記，佔全體上市公司家數97.9%。

證交所也統計，今年6月的9日、10日、11日、12日、15日、16日、17日、18日、22日、23日、24日、25日及26日等13個日期，截至上午10點15分已登記額滿，達到每日100家的上限。

證交所提醒，尚未上線登記的公司，最遲要在3月15日前上線登記，以免違反資訊申報作業辦法。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
