BBC被爆近半工作職缺不公開招募

英國《每日郵報》報導，英國廣播公司 (BBC)內近半職缺不公開徵才，招募消息都只在公司內部流傳，專家批評此舉限制外部人才得到進用。

數據顯示，2013年1月至2014年11月，BBC共有6766個職缺，但其中只有3498個職缺對外徵才，只占了51.7%。BBC解釋，分內外招募是因為「一個職位怕招超額，造成員工職務重覆」。

BBC過去曾因未對外招募年薪高達六位數英鎊的高階職位，被批評任用親信。
