噁男專偷女內衣褲　女指認怒斥變態

大變態！新北市1名黃姓男子，在三峽地區專偷女性內衣，只要見到開放陽台曬有女性內衣，都會順手牽羊竊取。但昨晚9時半，黃男於介壽路一段巷弄行竊時，被民眾發現圍堵，警方趕抵現場，黃嫌竟還丟包死命的逃，但仍遭警方逮捕。

警方撿回黃嫌丟棄的後背包，起出12件女性內衣及毒品吸食器，並在其中驗出安非他命反應。黃嫌全程不配合警方調查，直到一位年約20歲左右的受害女子前來指控，黃嫌才坦承行竊，被害女子在警局痛罵「變態！」警方訊後依照竊盜、毒品罪嫌將其送辦。（黃靖文／新北報導）
