柯文哲：基隆納生活圈捷運南港到基隆

柯文哲今天下午2點到基隆拜會市長當選人林右昌，2人理念想法相近，討論近40分鐘後有4點共識。其中，柯文哲希望將基隆納入「北北基桃首都生活圈」，主張捷運應從南港到基隆，對於記者提問可能是個大工程，未來怎與中央協調？

柯回答，這是一個概念，一個idea，要持續溝通，林右昌則表示，是技術性問題，希望大家跳脫過去的思維。問及預計何時完成？林右昌回應，「這之後再說。」柯、林2人另主張，開放基隆市公車路權直達台北、籌備「北北基桃首都生活圈規劃推動委員會」、在捷運沿線規劃青年住宅。
