（路透華盛頓4日電）美國司法部長霍德今天宣布，司法部調查發現，俄亥俄州克里夫蘭市警局經常對平民使用武力過當。

這項調查始於2013年3月，在上個月克里夫蘭警員槍殺一名12歲男童後，如今更具份量。那名男童據報持槍出現在遊　樂場，結果發現是把玩具槍。這項調查的發現將促使克里夫蘭推動聯邦政府授權的改革，但內容尚未確定。不過，不會提起刑事控訴。中央社（翻譯）
