飛機上打手機　男不服勸告飆空姐3字經

58歲男子張清淵今年3月22日搭乘復興航空從金門飛往台北，在班機關閉艙門、空服人員宣布禁止使用通訊器材後，仍繼續和朋友講電話，
陳姓女空服人員前往勸告，張男竟心生不滿，掛掉手機後辱罵陳女三字經，復興航空隨即報警查扣張男手機，並將他移送法辦。

台中地院審理時，張男坦承犯行，女空服員同意撤回公然侮辱告訴，但在飛機上違規使用手機的行為，屬於非告訴乃論之罪，法官今仍依違反《民用航空法》判張男罰金6萬元、緩刑2年。（鄧玉瑩／台中報導）
