江醫師告頂新

號稱追求零污染的「江醫師的魚舖子」負責人、醫師江守山，自家肉鬆「香醇豬肉酥」及「海苔芝麻豬肉酥」被爆用飼料油，日前江出面鞠躬道歉，中午前往台北地檢署按鈴控告頂新集團及魏應充涉詐欺，計畫以刑事附帶民事賠償要求頂新賠償其商譽損失。

稍早，江守山揚言向頂新求償6到9億元，並號召全民一起提出代位求償，他還說，當初是因為代工廠的自製豬油不足，才使用正義豬油。
