英議員擬訪港　遭中國警告

據香港《南華早報》26日報導，一個由英國國會議員組成的代表團，計畫下個月訪問香港，調查《中英聯合聲明》在香港實施情況。

代表團負責人奧特維稱，儘管北京早前警告，要求英國尊重中國立場，但他們認為此行是必要的，他還表示香港和中央政府的官員都拒絕了他們的會面要求。 　　

對此，中國駐英國大使劉曉明在接受英國《議會》雜誌採訪時要求英國政府尊重中方立場，不以任何形式介入香港內部事務和中國內政。劉曉明稱，佔中行為嚴重擾亂社會秩序，侵蝕香港法治基礎，破壞經濟發展環境，損害香港國際形象。如果任其發展，只會開民主的倒車，甚至會將香港搞亂。（大陸中心／綜合報導）
