（中央社紐約24日綜合外電報導）紐約市衛生局長巴塞特今天表示，感染伊波拉病毒的33歲紐約醫生史賓塞（Craig Spencer）正在紐約市貝爾維尤醫院（BelleueHospital）接受隔離治療，目前情況穩定。

巴塞特（Mary Travis Bassett）表示，美國疾病管制暨預防中心（CDC）也已確認，最近自西非幾內亞返國的史賓塞醫生感染伊波拉病毒。

巴塞特在記者會上說，史賓塞意識清醒，並透過手機與家人和朋友交談。(中央社)
